Staff was lovely when checking in and checking out.
We were orginally staying 5 nights but decided to extend to 6.
The lady at the front desk was great and and extended our stay.
Breakfast was so good.
Continental breakfast pancakes pastries, fruit yogurt toast and different cereal.
Breakfast was included in the price.
Would highly recommend

Property was clean. Bed was amazing. No elevator for my stay due to upgrade but I was made aware of this prior to my stay through multiple messages, emails and once again upon check in. No issues from me on that one. The bathroom door was locked from the inside when I arrived, I let the front desk know and it was fixed straight away. Staff are great, hotel is clean. Simple and easy place to stay. In walking distance to some great cafes

Nice hotel room with a comfortable bed, a great lounge area and the added bonus of a kitchenette. The bathroom was ok, although it could benefit from a little maintenance, particularly removing mould in the shower. The free continental breakfast was a nice bonus and much appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.

The walls are paper thin- I could hear the noises/voices of both rooms on either side the entire time. There was also strangely no main overhead light in the room? Only smaller wall lights which was odd and made it hard to see or read things clearly after sunset.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. The rooms were not clean, felt poorly maintained, and didn’t match the standard advertised. The lift was under repair during our stay, and we received no prior notification that we would need to use the stairs to access our rooms. This was a concern as our son was in a moon boot and another member of our group has back and knee issues. We booked two rooms specifically because they were advertised as conjoining, but the hotel did not accommodate this request. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and the location worked well, but overall the experience fell short.

The room is a bit dated but overall worth it for the amount that I paid at that time about AUD 110/night this included breakfast. Only wish the breakfast would include a selection of savoury rather than just all sweet stuff. Love the pancake machine but be prepared for a longer queue if you go later.
Overall, the staff a courteous and helpful. My room faces the main Northbourne Ave but not too noisy because the glass doors to the balcony is double glazed and keep the noise out. Short walk to all the nice shops and eateries at night and to the city.
