Friendly staff; easy highway access. Comfortable and clean.

Property was really clean and stay was really safe and good.

First night - domestic from others guest. Room was clean, water leak beside bed made it uncomfortable as carpet was always wet.

Travelling for work, barely a 5 minute drive from the work site. Reception staff were friendly. Room was clean, spacious, well stocked. Bathroom excellent and very fast hot water. Walking distance to lots of food places.

We had a random guy sitting outside of our door from 12am to 6 am in the morning talking to himself. We asked him to move away twice he did not. We felt unsafe, frustrated and didnt sleep all night. Never again

Property is excellent, service was ok . All over it was good.

The room was clean, staff was lovely however the bed was terrible - hard as a rock. Outside noise was woeful as the bathroom window is thin. Light right outside lit up the room.

I was pleasantly surprised at how new and clean the rooms were. Great bathrooms and plenty of room inside. A great choice for the price range.

By all information on the wotif site & the Motels website this motel had a working restaurant & bar. This was a main reason for booking this location. When we arrived we were advised that these were closed for Renovation & looked to have been for quite a while. This should be noted on the booking site. Full price is still charged. Other than that the Room was OK, except for a disabled smoke alarm.

Staff are not useful, not that friendly and barely understand English. Had issues at check in, requested 2 extra towels and was told that will cost me. Had issues with the fridge and the room could have been cleaned better

This should be called a badly run motel in relation to cleanliness, customer service and health and safety. Mould was all over the bathroom that has a small and slippery bath tub and unsafe rails. I honestly thought I was somewhere in a 3rd world country. Night manager did not have any customer service experience but did have bad customer service. I would like to say more bad things about this place but this space is limited. I will never stay at this place and I wish I can get a refund for that bad night and health issues I had to deal with mothballs smell at the reception and in my room and a noisy fridge with a jug of water ( not bottle water) that has been in the fridge for quiet sometime.

Despite advertising and being able to prepay breakfast they do NOT serve breakfast. I had to contact Expedia to be refunded. Motel was modern and clean.

Last minute booking...Lady at front desk was lovely. Toilet seat was broken so had to be careful when we went to the loo. Bed okay but covers not comfortable as had to creep lower in the bed to be covered enough. Restaurant being renovated so a bit sad it wasn't open. Toiletries sparce for two people. Only had 1 shampoo and conditioner for two females with long hair. Curtains didn't keep morning light out either as room was really bright in the morning.
