Parking was restricted. Reception not very warm or efficient. No facilities on site

Clean. Good location.

Checking in is reasonably annoying as the reception keeps very short hours. The location is somewhat handy for the hospital but is substantially far from the cbd and on a busy road

I won’t stay here agin, the car park was very narrow to park the car even for small car. I saw 2 cars got stuck while the owners tried to park the cars. No room cleaning during my stay, the bar fridge was not cold.

No towels or bath mat provided in the room and no response from Mantra until the 3rd phone call where someone came from home to deliver linen at 9:30pm, not impressed at all.
