The owners were lovely and helpful and the rooms were cheaper than most accommodation, however the property is very run down and very basic. You get what you pay for. Still has original 1970s fittings, curtains were dirty and coming off hooks. Walls and doors had dents and chips. I opened up the bedding to get in and found long black hairs through my bed. Turns out my parents in the room beside me had the same in their bed. The owner was very apologetic, helpful and provided new clean sheets. We stayed to have close access to Casey Hospital in Berwick and unfortunately there were not many accommodation options around the area.

OK for the price. Needs a lot of maintenance as is very rundown. Bathroom door wouldnt close - latch broken. Split system wouldnt heat room - needs filters etc cleaned. Could do with a coat of paint etc.

only major issue was the shower went cold

The place was old, badly maintained and generally, including the reception, was filthy. A lot of money for a hot shower.

Staff were polite and helpful when we had an issue. Straight onto it. Peice was very affectionate. We would definitely stay again.

The room is quite spacious and quiet, but the toilet in my room needs repairing.

No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt.

The Family room we stayed in, needs a good revamp.

A clean and great place to stay for a trip away

Big room, excellent parking. Friendly and professional staff. Great value for money. Definitely stay again.

Lovely spot to stay in lovely bush setting. Spacious clean room Comfy bed Quiet

Bit old and dated. T.v. didn't work properly, zero wifi. Very noisy in the morning. Shower on the other hand was great. Certainly wouldn't stay again but was passable.

NO HEATING! Spent one very cold night in Room 1 with my kids. Unsealed doors and windows with Cold air entering the room. Uncomfortable beds with thin pillows and no extras for use. Shower was ok. A lot of work here to be done to justify spending any money for visitors to stay. Wouldn’t recommend

Aged and needing upgrade, but still comfortable. Next to the highway so a bit noisy. Restaurant bext door great.

This is one of the dirtiest of motels I’ve stayed at’ lots of road noise also! Couldnt wait to get out of there this morning 6.45am! Pit the bath mat in the shower to stand on as it was so bad!

Place needs an upgrade, stains on furniture, mould in shower, holes in walls, broken blinds would not recommend this place look else where

light bulbs missing on some lights, carpet had stains, toilet bowl leaking at back. Microwave and other utensils were clean . Bed clean and comfortable. This is an old motel and could do with an update.
