Hotels.com verified review

The location is quite good the tram stop just at inter section but its not yellow zone so we should prepare the Myki(traffic card) and the room's insulation is not ok. Overall i think everything is good especially the car parking and the location.

The room could have been cleaned better but overall, the location, the size of the apartment and amenities suited us very well. Staff were wonderful and always on hand to help, the cafe served great coffee. Access was easy and the pool was a favourite for my son.

We were upgraded to a 2 BR apartment which was was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and check-in easy and quick. Good location and we'd stay again.

I booked through last minute a 4 bed apartment and when i got there it was only 2 beds. No one answered my calls at reception so we were left with 2 kids sleeping on the floor. I paid for a 4 be and the ad on last minute misrepresented the room. Very angry and disappointed

Staff were friendly & helpful, location was great, close to city with easy access to trams if required, but also easy walking distance. Secure parking was great. Would stay again as had everything we needed.

Gym only open during staffed hours, not very useful and not on weekends until late. Room was quite dirty with food in the carpet and mold throughout the bathroom. Staff were quite accommodating to a late check-in which was appreciated. Towels had holes in them. Overall poor condition of the building and the room for the price.

The staff were awesome and very welcoming. Property is very old and dated and very dark. The bathroom kept flooding. Tap leaking. Curtains didn’t close. Bedroom curtains let in a lot of light. Late check-in process was not easy, very frustrating after a long flight. Coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper not replaced without asking staff to replenish supply. Also spotted some mould not cleaned properly in corners
