Helpful key code instructions although a signage containing my room would have been really helpful. Excellent staff. Good location. Breakfast was standard.

Friendly staff on check-in, but hotel fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and no staff were on site to assist.

Car was broken into, noticed a shady guy walking around checking cig bins when pulling up, when I told front counter about break in and the shady guy, they said, " oh yes we have noticed that guy before " yet when asked if they have done anything the answer was ' NO ". So, management know of a NON customer walking around but do nothing about it? VERY POOR. Also, when I told them about the break in, they said, " yes unfortunately we have had some ", I then asked what they have done to prevent this knowing it is happening like getting a security company to do random drive by, hotel response was " just dial 9 on your phone". Not going to deter crimes when everyone's asleep and cannot notice the crim taking place. I am an Accor member and use ACCOR a lot for work travel like this trip. It would have been nice for the manager to come to my room for a chat at the very least. For them to know about shady people walking around and car break in's happening and to not do anything extra is very disappointing and shows the lack of action that is not being taken to ensure their guest are safe. I have logged a police report. The rooms are also getting tired see pictures. The change from having toilet rolls to a cassette? What is going on MERCURE? Felt like I was at a service station toilet with small pieces of toilet paper being dispensed !! DONT STAY

Great property and amenities. A special shout out for their One Restaurant. Their food was delicious and service was attentive and friendly.

Restaurant and bar was alright, but no Tooheys New and menu you could be better

Great location and restaurant. Bed comfy, shower great, large TV excellent parking. Only negative was the proximity to the pool area. Lots of kids staying for a football event. Super noisy and they were running riot in the corridors. Rooms at the back part may have been better.

Terrible room, poor carpet, no soap in shower, toilet lid and seat loose and couldn’t comfortably use, no coffee pods for machine. No pricing on snacks in room. Moved to another room that was slightly better but for $309 per night I’m very disappointed and never again. Very poor for the Mercure Chain

It's nice hotel. comfortable room. Convenient location walking distance to the city centre.

Room 244. Clean. Room was a nice size. Beds were soft and comfy. The bathroom was clean but there was an issue with getting into the shower. Akward for a big person to get into the shower because the glass shower screen would not fold .

Great staff, clean and very comfortable room, perfect for what I needed. Highly recommended :)

The room was very clean, parking was easy and readily available. It was also spacious, there was enough desk space to work and very quiet at night. The mattress however was too soft, the carpet needs a good steam clean and the sheer curtain was torn and needed replacing. Would stay again, but recommend a few maintenance upgrades applied to the room for an improved stay.
