Room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. A good size room with large towels and nice washroom and shower. Close to where we needed to be near St Kilda. Lots of street parking around.

The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.

优点：
（1）酒店特别老旧，房间很小，如果是标准双人房，开门就是床，床与各墙壁的距离只有双腿的宽度，因为实在太窄了，在屋里走动时很容易被床磕到，刚住的第一天就把腿磕出个大包，已经不是青紫的问题，直接鼓出个大包，包鼓了好几天，腿上多处磕青紫。后来换成QUEEN的房间，这种频繁受伤的情况才减轻。但QUEEN的房间并不大只是在标准房的基础上多加了一个沙发，跟其他酒店比，仍是小太多太多了。
（2）酒店没有电梯，也没有人帮助提行李，如果住在2、3层，你就惨了，自己提上去不说，楼梯台阶比较窄，再加上大行李箱，又累又沉，还时刻担心自己一个站不稳会连带行李一起滚下去。
（3）酒店的房间的窗户都打不开
（4）地理位置比较偏，对于旅游来的人，定这里出行上肯定有比较多的不方便。
优点：
（1）浴室倒是一般酒店的正常尺寸，不会太小。
（2）离海边步行20分钟可以到达，门口有TRAM车站。
（3）酒店工作人员的服务还是标准的。
