中园酒店

The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.

酒店比较老，没有电梯；离市区比较远，有一定距离；出门过马路对面就是有轨电车（Tram）这还算好；室内灯光比较暗；

Wifi connection is always slow. And the staircase will be struggle if you have heavy luggage. Free parking outdoor is convenient. Love the environment and cafe around.

房间小，但设计还紧凑的。酒店前台服务很不错，很耐心。地段还不错，路对面就是有轨电车站，离圣基尔达海滩比较近，步行半小时就到了。

优点： （1）酒店特别老旧，房间很小，如果是标准双人房，开门就是床，床与各墙壁的距离只有双腿的宽度，因为实在太窄了，在屋里走动时很容易被床磕到，刚住的第一天就把腿磕出个大包，已经不是青紫的问题，直接鼓出个大包，包鼓了好几天，腿上多处磕青紫。后来换成QUEEN的房间，这种频繁受伤的情况才减轻。但QUEEN的房间并不大只是在标准房的基础上多加了一个沙发，跟其他酒店比，仍是小太多太多了。 （2）酒店没有电梯，也没有人帮助提行李，如果住在2、3层，你就惨了，自己提上去不说，楼梯台阶比较窄，再加上大行李箱，又累又沉，还时刻担心自己一个站不稳会连带行李一起滚下去。 （3）酒店的房间的窗户都打不开 （4）地理位置比较偏，对于旅游来的人，定这里出行上肯定有比较多的不方便。 优点： （1）浴室倒是一般酒店的正常尺寸，不会太小。 （2）离海边步行20分钟可以到达，门口有TRAM车站。 （3）酒店工作人员的服务还是标准的。

Lovely hotel with a restaurant, walking distance to the beach and several cute cafes. Conveniently located in Middle Beach, with easy access to both Melbourne CBD and St. Skilda Beach with the tram. Had a great stay and would stay again!

Room 207 was very good and it would have been even better if it had a toaster and some knives and forks. The hotel staff are terrific.

Parking was easy and safe. Ideal location to city.

Room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. A good size room with large towels and nice washroom and shower. Close to where we needed to be near St Kilda. Lots of street parking around.

Friendly manager room had everything needed for 1 night stay there was a pod coffee machine bathroom good size

Always a great stay at this hotel. Just a bit unclean this time but no major issues. Well designed rooms and staff are super friendly.

Clean rooms but parking was in the street,but we had no problems

Only downside is no assigned parking for property is on the street and there was no staff 24 so easy to get a tiket if don’t know the rules for parking on the street

Great location for a bit of everything. Good Local facilities and close to transport for getting out and about.

Location for Park Run was great. The room was clean, fresh and bright. Small touches like bottled water and choccies are a plus.
