Great place to stay, central to everything. Lovely staff

The property is very well positioned to everything. The property is a bit down at heel now. On arrival to our ground-floor apartment asa family of four we discovered the right side of our exterior courtyard was ‘dug up’ for extensive plumbing works, with exposed pipe work, holes, mud puddles, a pile of rubble totally detracting from the aesthetic and presenting safety issues. The courtyard also was unswept and had a fallen branch in it. We were not informed of this in advance in any booking or confirmation information. When I politely complained, the Manager persistently declined to accept there was any issue at all and effectively said our concern was illegitimate because previous clients had said nothing and because we were going to use the courtyard anyway. She did not get it (or refused to accept any responsibility for the services sold). I asked for a reduced tariff but then had to spend my own time seeking this from Wotif/Expedia. While the apartment was generally suitable, the bathroom tap leaked, and various other things needed fixing. Below par for what should be expected for the price and basic services. Lack care for the customer.

Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants.

Parking area exit up very steep ramp. Front wheel drive vehicle had traction difficulty at the top of the ramp. The wet surface made it even more precarious. It had just recently rained. Other wise a great stay.

It has everything it says in the add. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better

There was spa bath with shower over it,but the spa bath didn't work. And couldn't cast my phone on either of the tv's and the TV'S were different and it was a little bit smaller than I first thought it would be, but it did job perfectly for the price. Over all, I would say about 5.5 out of 10 just being honest.

We needed a room last minute for a sporting competition and were surprised by the rooftop. Really enjoyed this place! Front desk was kind and accommodating, location was phenomenal.

Great location with easy access to beach, shops, cafes etc. Clean & tidy with laundry in unit. An enjoyable stay!

The apartment was clean with good quality toiletries, small milk, wash up things etc. Beds were comfy. Location central oppisite Surf Club - worth joining for $5 to get 10% off drinks and 5% off food. Excellent value for money. An older building but everything you need. Did not usw gym or pool. Nb they can make into 2 double rooms for couples travelling together. Aircon in main room and you can leave door open. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms. Black Fox up road does great breakfasts and the Indian on the nearby corner opposite Suef Club was delicious. Go to Coolum for 2 x Ghanda outlet stores.

The room was poorly furnished, there were no dining or coffee tables. only uncomfortable metal stools at the kitchen bench, no where to put your phone/laptop or coffee while watching TV. The TV was in an odd position so you had to sit sideways on the couch. The internet was terrible.

All was well

The kitchen cupboards had a moldy odour. The lounge also had an unpleasant smell. The rest of the apartment was excellent.

Room was nice but had a strong smell. Took a few days to work out it was stale cigarettes. It smelled like someone had chain smoked inside for the last 20 years.

Great managers very polite and welcoming. Room clean and everything worked as it should, yes the weather was abit average but thats not thier fault. Overall had a great stay and ive beem here in the past aswell.

Room was clean, bathroom clean but not functional due to shape, step into shower-over-bath, and signs everywhere about not setting off the fire alarms with steam despite the lack of extractor fan. Pool area was great and good location.

Yes, check-in was fast. Room was clean.
