The web site marketing photos were little deceptive but overall the experience was good . Friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean room.

Room is sufficiently suited for an overnight stay. A bit noisy in Room 1 with pub guests coming back after a night out but couldn’t hear pub noise. Welcome drinks were very welcoming. Thank you

Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service and meal in bistro

We have stayed the past 3 years and we love our stay in the family room, everyone there are helpful. We will continue staying there everytime we have commitments in the area.

Clean and comfortable

Just not the nicest pub/TAB underneath. Not my cup of tea anyway. Room was adequate enough, clean and serviceable for what it was required for.

Easy going had drink/coffee vouchers good overnight stay. Note: stairs to room slightly steep.

The actual stay and room were great, with a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and toiletries supplied. Thought there might have been some noise as we were in a room next to the stair-well. Fortunately, with the air-conditioner in use, we didn't hear a thing. Shower pressure was good after working out that the hot water tap was on the right rather than the left. Check-in took a while as there was no-one in the office and we rang the bell 3 times. (We were there at 2:10 pm).Went to the Pokies area and they finally sent someone. After that everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the 10% off our meal in the restaurant together with the free drink for each of us as part of the room deal.

It was ok. Clean, comfortable. The food was really good. The WiFi didn't work though is the only thing.

Liked the rooms and loved the balcony area was very nice sitting there at night watching all the Traffic go past very lovely

Although room was comfortable. The room had a really strong smell of cigarettes. Opened door to balcony to let fresh air in, but it did not make much difference. Think all soft furnishings need to be deodorised. Would of been good to have some plates and cutlery in the room.
