The staff were incredibly friendly and just amazing to talk to.
The room had a waterview, which was a surprise.
The beds were comfortable and the pillows were so good - i passed out almoat instantly.
Can't wait to return!

Was a good stay, didnt realise we'd have to walk down 4 flights of stairs, wasnt great for the old knees so next time i'll know to ask for a room on ground level

Fairly quiet rooms considering it’s on the back of a licensed establishment and I had a room closest to the establishment. Apart from the fire alarm going off around midnight perfect for the price you pay. Supermarket next door was also a bonus. I will definitely book here again in the future if I’m around the area

overall room condition was run down - looks like old water damage - some of the plaster (concrete coming off) mould?? patch on curtains, mould/moss on balcony. unfortunately, while there may parkin g levels was taped off so had to park on a lower level - lots of stairs. the outside area and stairs were quite dirty.
The bed was amazing as was the shower. the staff delivery room service and in the restaurant connected were amazing.

The hotel room was a little tired, but was tidy and comfortable with new bathrooms and with a lovely view of the river. Staff were kind & helpful. Condition around the outside of the hotel could use a bit of work, but overall it was a good stay.
