Lovely staff and great pub! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great pressure in the shower!! All you really need. Short walk to the beach and easy access to coffee shops and supermarkets. Pub meals were excellent!!

Unfortunately at the time when I arrived in the evening the room had not been serviced from the previous guest. Also the bed-lamps did not work. Otherwise good value. In the middle of Umina shopping centre with many convenient cafes etc, and a few minutes walk to a patrolled beach with great views.

Pros: free bottled water and free drinks in the restaurant, reasonable price
Cons: noisy on friday night, even more noisy on saturday night, people screaming in the hall way, drinking glasses have stains on, a lot of dead bugs on the ceiling by the window.

I stayed for one night, clean room, nice bed, , street views and located in the middle of Umina Beach. Very friendly staff and great vibes both bistro and bar area. Highly recommend.

The bathroom was a good size. Shower great. Comfy bed and pillows. Band playing that night so noisy until they finished at 11pm. Otherwise o.k.
