We definitely love to stay at Ocean Pacific resort,it's very clean.close to the beach and PF shopping center (including supermarket).We were in 19th floor with a breathtaking sea view,kitchen was fully equipment you can cook anything you want.If you like quite.not so many tourists,you would definitely love to stay in Broad beach.

Clean and spacious apartment. I really love the sea view from our room. A big shopping mall nearby. The apartment is not in the centre of Broadbeach, but is not an issue to us as we are driving. Broadbeach is not as crowded as Surfers Paradise, which is good to travellers who enjoyed peaceful environment.

Yes, kitchen had everything we needed.

We stayed at Ocean Pacific Resort for five days and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or advertised standard. We arrived late in the evening, and at first glance the room appeared tidy. However, in daylight the condition of the apartment was disappointing. Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: The kitchen contained dirty dishes, cups, and cutlery on arrival. This is unacceptable for a property marketed as 4.5 stars. The dishwasher was faulty (the upper shelf would not close properly). We saw cockroaches in the kitchen at night. Pillowcases appeared unclean and may not have been changed. Amenities & Supplies: Only one small dishwashing liquid sachet and one dishwasher powder were provided for three adults over five days. Minimal toiletries were supplied (2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash). Only one small carton of milk was provided on arrival. Laundry supplies were also very limited (2 sachets total). Housekeeping: Rooms are only serviced for stays of 8 days or more. For our 5-day stay, no cleaning was provided, leaving the room dusty. General Condition: Furniture is worn, stained, and outdated. The room was cold at night despite using the air conditioning. The shower design was inconvenient (no proper door, slippery tiles, weak water pressure). Overall Experience: By the end of the stay, it felt like we were expected to clean and maintain the apartment ourselves, rather than being treated as guests.

Ocean pacific was a very good place to stay. They allowed an early 10am check in, a late checkout to suit our flights. And gave us a free upgrade. Good views and good location. Room could be cleaned a bit deeper, just little things getting over looked. But generally very good.

Very good and handy to everything

The photos of the apartment were very accurate. The apartment is bright and airy with a great covered deck to enjoy the view and sunrise. Was very clean. Kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn’t cook any meals. Great location as 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, light rail and Pacific Fair. What wasn’t mentioned in the listing was that there is a construction site immediately infront of the apartment block. Construction is currently near ground level so wasn’t a major issue. The noise was loud when they dried the site with blowers after it rained. People making bookings in the future need to be aware of this as I imagine as the construction rises it will have more of an impact visually and with regards to noise.

Rooms very clean, lady on the reception was so lovely and very helpful with her advice where to go to eat and others.

Location is amazing, pool is fun and rooms are simple and everything easy accessible. The only thing to Mention rooms are becoming slightly outdated and need a little sprucing

apartment floors could have been cleaner and kitchen cupboards were a little grubby inside, major construction next door was noisy from an early hour, one of the two lifts stopped working for our last two days meaning a bit of a wait to use

Amazing service and location. staff here were fabulous and very helpful with tips! Room was nice and spacious/clean. I would defiantly stay here again for my next trip!

Fantastic property

Great pool, fab location. Playgrounds close by as well as the mall, casino, supermarket and liquor store. Great to have a kitchen to cook in, nice clean bathrooms, comfy bed, sea views from every apartment. We’ve stayed here twice and always enjoy it.
