Great place to stay, customer service one of the best and have a heated pool which was great to swim and jump. Very good breakfast and nice bar.

Our room was huge with a separate lounge room, all clean . Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Close to walk into the city and restaurants, would definitely stay again.

掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋にあるカップにコーヒーのシミがついていたり、ほこりが落ちていたり、清掃のスタッフが、タオルをお風呂場に運ぶのに、ゴミを捨てたゴミ箱の中に入れて運んでいたり… せっかく、ロビーの人は親切で、朝食なども良かったのに、掃除が行き届いていない事が残念でした。

Barista, bar staff and waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were professional and always present. Always happy. The service from the staff is what will always bring me back to this hotel.

Great location within walking distance of shops and Elizabeth Quay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, large comfortable bed and breakfast had plenty of options - would definitely stay there again, could not fault this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were all lovely.

Our stay did not meet expectations. While the bedding looked clean, it caused discomfort and we felt itchy all night, which affected our sleep. We also used valet parking, but there was no help offered with our four suitcases. As two female guests, we felt this level of service was lacking.
