The fire alarm was on late at night—1:45 a.m.! We needed to evacuate during our sleep. We walked to the ground-floor entrance and saw the fire trunk. After 20 minutes, the firemen walked out and we walked back to the building. The hotel staff didn't explain what had happened. When we returned to the room, we could still smell the burning smell!! No one explained what happened?!?!!?

由於夜機到達，接待這位肥叔叔十分友善有禮，是1間老酒店，這個價錢算合理，喜出望外的是早餐非常豐富，離開可暫放行李。

bad services, old hotel, make compliant also no one care, seems no services, i dont think Quality hotel provide this kind of services , very bad image

Conveniently located. At the time of stay, it is free for everyone to take bus from the nearby bus stop to Perth CBD. Therefore, although the hotel is located in East Perth, one can still travel to Perth CBD freely with no cost. There are convenience store nearby.

Very basic facilities available, room is rather old fashion but location is convenient for transportation.

The hotel is located near the Swan River , about 5-min walk to Langley Park with beautiful pitch and the riverside. It is wonderful to enjoy morning jog nearby. The hotel offers breakfast buffet which is convenient to tourists.

機場巴士可到酒店，附近還有免費他說到市中心，我算是地點適中。房間空間還大。

It is very nice.

酒店地點很滿意，市中心地域，參加day tour有旅遊車來酒店接送。附近公車線路很多，有直達機場公車到達酒店，這些都讓我感覺滿意！酒店有點舊，淋浴間不是太好。

珀斯大使酒店地點方便，附近有方便的公車，參加day tour會有車來到酒店門口接送；房間比較大，清潔工作還是滿意的，就是有點舊，淋浴間不是太好，水會灑到外邊。還是值得推薦的，房費性價比還可以的！

Good location, staff friendly

Dishonest photos. Dirty rooms. Chewing gum in the shower, bathrooms dirty. Mattreess was yellow with stains... seeking refund from consumer protection. Expedia are crooks that lie about refunds and send you ai generated emails. Expect to hear from consumer affairs in the coming weeks.

Room was spotless staff were friendly

A good place

It was a rush booking last min The sheets had stains , tv remote wouldn't work on my had 2 channels on tv someone set alarm clock to 4am so going off at 4am But beds were comfortable

It was all good except no bedside lighting which was slightly annoying. There seemed to be a switch on the headboard but it didnt do anything.

Condition of hotel & lighting in room & air con noise

Have to say that I really did NOT enjoy my stay at all. Upon arrival at my room cupboard door open with ironing board cover on the floor. Fridge was turned off with a towel inside to soak up water from defrosting which was quite disgusting as it was all wet. No floor mats in the bathroom just towels and hand towels. AC did not work very well at all so the room quite hot which made for a an unpleasant sleep. In general the room was quite dirty with spider webs on the window which I could see had not been cleaned for a long time. Bed was quite old and uncomfortable, carpet was very dirty also old bathroom vanity I would say looks like 30 years old and all stained and dirty. Considering the amount of money I had to pay for the room I did feel like very over priced and of a very poor standard so for anyone that gets room 815 I would suggest going somewhere else. If anyone from the hotel customer service would like to contact me to discuss please feel free.

Room felt dirty and dingy. Freyed carpet, dirty blinds, poor patch jobs on the walls, dirty grout in the bathroom and room smelt like it hadnt been aired out in years. Its criminal they can surge charge so exuberantly during the ashes week.
