Visited Ballart with Family for two days. The two-bedroom apartment is really good and clean at check-in, but it doesn't get cleaned the next day, and the staff has no reason not to clean. According to the staff, it must be cleaned every day, but they cannot clean in the evening because no cleaner is available.
It spoils the room's freshness.

We were checked in by Julia, who went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. The room was beautiful and clean. Excellent size bathroom, great addition with the washer and dryer. I was really pleased with the whole experience and will certainly book here again in the future, and recommend to other family visiting Ballarat! Thank you for your exceptional service :)
