If you travel with kids or elderly or carry lots of luggages, better ask for unit at lower level as the 10~15 staircases may cause you a bit of difficulties.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for our stay.

We chose this property because we were visiting a close family member in Ipswich hospital. The property was amazing, staff were engaging & helpful, the room was clean and spacious and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no lift to take us up to the floor where we were staying, otherwise everything else was beautiful.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms in great condition. Perfect for our 3 nights in Ipswich.

The Quest was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Down side is it is has 3 levels and there are no elevators. i was not advised when booking that there was limited parking and that you had to book and pay extra for parking. Othrwise you have to park on the street which is a busy main road in Ipswich. The houses around to Quest are run down and graffitied and after doing a couple of laps i had to park 6 properties away. Not a nice feeling walking up the road when coming back late at night. Also spent the night wondering if our car had been stollen or side swiped whilst parked on a busy main road. Even though my room was towards the back of hotel, the noise from the traffic kept me awake during the night. I would not stay there again.
