Great location. Across road from beach and loads of restaurants cafes around. Nice balcony for watching the surf roll in. Beautiful beach walks.

We had a wonderfull stay with a great view. We had the buffet breakfast it was great. Rydges is a great location and close to everything.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchenette broken.

Room was very comfortable & plenty of space - awesome ocean view- will definitely stay again

We had a 10th floor room with a comfortable king bed. Great ocean views. We arrived to live music playing at the bar and enjoyed a couple drinks while listening. We utilised the onsite pay parking and late check out which was very convenient for our stay.

Great location and large room. The staff were lovely. So lovely that they comp’ed me breakfast when I told them I had paid $77pp on this App. It was a poor full breakfast buffet. Nice locals used the coved sunny space to catch up and just buy the coffee. At checkout I thanked the staff for the breakfast being complimentary but of course they said it had not been as I had added it to my rate in the App. I think the locals got my discount. Smart. Have the coffee only.

Clean, convenient to beach and transportation. Breakfast buffet limited but good. Not much customer service interaction to rate.

Great location

I like Rydges Cronulla it’s expensive but you don’t mind so much when the service is Stellar. Sadly this time attention to service was lacking. When you pay top dollar you expect the basics to be right. When I arrived there was rubbish still in the bins, the shampoo and conditioner were empty I left the lids off to signal they needed refilled but sadly they put the lid back on and didn’t refill, there were only three coffee pods and they didn’t fit in the machine.. ?? There were blood stains on the mattress which mmm okay but there was no mattress cover and a sheet that didn’t quite fit sooooo…. When I left my room to check out the cleaning trolly and piles of dirty linen completely obstructed the hallway so you had to lift your suitcase up and over and step up and over the pile of dirty washing… for the price I expected better :-/

Quick to help when tap fell off in bathroom sink with first allocated room which was a bit dated in honesty for the price but got upgraded to a superior room with a view so was happy with room and service.

The room was outdated and not properly clean. The shower was blocked. The pool area can only accomodate 7 people. No where to sit. Pool is old. Breakfast was poor.

The room was very small, and not clean. All windows and doors were filthy- couldn’t see out of them clearly at all. The bathroom was mouldy- mould on the window, and in the shower area, most grout was covered in mould. The breakfast was nice, as was the pool. The hotel is in a great location.

Staff were very rude. I had myself, husband, 2yr old and 6month old and were told check-in was going to be 5-10 min late, we then had to wait an hour to finally check-in. Were also told they was no parking available even though it was advertised as parking available. The fold out had a mattress protector as the blanket. The buffet breakfast was stale and after waiting for fresh eggs to come out, they were cold. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk. Would not recommend nor will I stay here again.
