Reception and breakfast staff were great. It ended there.
The restaurant was closed due to insufficient staff as they’d told them not to come in. We had to drive to town for a meal after a long day driving.
The bathroom was substandard as we had to climb into a bath to have a shower and the bed was old and tired and definitely inadequate for a person who had a sore back.
This hotel may have been wonderful in the day but is old and tired and needs substantial maintenance.
Breakfast this morning was lacking. There were no hot selections and the wait staff had to take individual orders. The scrambled eggs tasted powdered and so did the orange juice. When I pay a substantial fee to have a good breakfast before setting out for a day of travelling I would like a decent breakfast.
So disappointing and would actually like my money back at least for breakfast.

Was not happy with the room, room was cold. Needed more pillows and blankets. Was noisy. Could hear dogs and children playing early morning right outside our room. Food was good. Bathroom and shower was very good

Breakfast was below expectations. Guess this was because of very low occupancy rate but still disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel because of our breakfast experience. We had cooked to order beacon and scrambled egg which was ok. Still overall experience is best to forget.

The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.
