The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.

Stunning hotel.

The highlight was definitely the daily breakfast buffet at Hearth Restaurant. We had breakfast there for three days and the food was different every day, delicious, fresh and full of variety. I would definitely rate Hearth’s buffet breakfast 5 stars! The coffee was also fantastic. The staff at breakfast were also friendly and attentive

Respectful valet staff-Max, professional front desk staff-Alex and Amanda. Very good variety for breakfast, great room space with almost panoramic views and nice amenities. Gave an observation that the staff said they would address against upcoming stays otherwise it was a very good stay.

Great room

Absolutely amazing stay. From the moment I left my car at the start of my stay to the moment I got back into it at the end of my stay, my every need was covered...with a smile. Highly recommend a stay here!!

The room was lovely, however given the price for the night, there were a few things that let our stay down. We waited more than 15 minutes Sunday morning for the lifts to get to ground floor for breakfast, so we took the emergency stair case. On the way up, we were escorted through the service lift as one of the guest lifts were out of order. Pool area lovely, but staff were very inattentive for bar services. Such a stunning view, yet the glass panels in front of the pool were filthy and you could hardly see Elizabeth Quay. We often stay at crown towers but chose Ritz for a night w my best girlfriends, but for the price felt a little bit disappointed. We have a booking in Jan for another 2 night stay but am a bit unsure now as to whether we will go ahead based on the experience/expense.

Lovely spacious room and wonderful views from the w8th floor. The spa treatment I had here was one of the best I've experienced! General service was friendly but just ok - some unclean dishes/ glasses when room service was brought to the room and limited array of room service food in my opinion. I didn't feel staff went over and above to deliver exceptional service as I have seen elsewhere.
