非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆

I had a 6 bed cabin for one person. Bit of a dodgy door lock but everything sorted when the maintenance man promptly helped me. Property very clean and fresh.
Extremely convenient area. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Torquay 😊

Was dirty noisy and overpriced. We were located adjacent to kids playground- when booked we were told we were only there for one night so it shouldn’t bother us too much. We were also located across from amenities and door closers ensure the door slams ever time it is used - ceased from around 11 until sunrise.The floor in the cabin was putrid and my soles were black after walking around for a few hours - will never go back

13/14th time I’ve stayed in the glamping tent/or pod. I’ve lost count. They are wonderful. Staff are amazing at check in, super friendly, any staff you see out in park, always happy and have a chat. Great location, hear the waves as you go to sleep in a queen size bed. I’ll be back.
