My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings ..

Swimming pool not child- friendly when bar right next to it is operating, service was outstanding, SPA was phenomenal A MUST TRY

Great. The room was clean. Very close to the city. Eating is very convenient. I highly recommend this.

I stayed in 3 different hotels during my stay in Brisbane, and W was the best. Great pool on both day time and night time, great interior designs. Totally worth it to stay in a corner room, the view with the bridge and Brisbane wheel was phenomenal.

Don't expect too high of the hotel service.

I have been live in w hotel in different countries before they are nice, this is my first time to live in w Brisbane, this is a bad experience for me. This hotel’s House keeper is really bad, shower gel never refill new I leave 8 days in Here, there have 3 day use same shower gel until empty we have to call for change the new one and tissue paper only one left still keep in box not refill new, sometimes the coffee is emptying it’s supposed Renew and refill everyday is basic, i’m Very disappointed. Not recommended to spend the money on this hotel. Except front desk is really nice and friendly.

飯店裝潢設計很特別，套房空間舒適。 早餐不優建議不訂，附件有cafe,food court,7-11，和當地商店，買吃的很方便。 房間水壓小但飯店有salon很棒。

酒店服務態度毋庸置疑，或者是淡季入住，早餐選擇較少，但也是不錯的。餐廳的一位亞洲籍男服務生每天早餐時都推介一些好玩的地點給我，十分抵讚。

Great hotel, such a shame I had issues with the bath. Twice. Technician was very quick the first time.

A beautiful and clean property with fantastic staff in a perfect location. The Lex Restaurant was world class and we loved our stay. The staff decorated our room for my partner’s birthday by surprise and it really set the tone for a flawless stay. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the cheapest hotel but you really pay for what you get here. I even asked for a last minute “Moreton Bay Bug Roll” and the hotel accommodated my request despite it being breakfast when we checked out; the staff really care about guest satisfaction and they all went above and beyond to leave a lasting impresssion. We would return to this hotel and we’ll consider the “W Brand” at their other locations because of our experience. 5 stars across the board.

Our tv didnt work and had to go to the trouble of changing rooms

From Arrival to Departure everything and everyone was excellent. The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the W at Brisbane.

Chambre propre et très design mais les murs de la salle de bain sont en verre. Faut pas trop exagérer dans le design. J’aime l’intimité aux toilettes!! Le service a été parfait partout. Très beau buffet. Très bien situé.
