Unauthorized Charging & False Accusation - A Serious Warning to Future Guests! I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration to warn potential guests about the unethical and unprofessional practices of this hotel. My recent stay concluded with a shocking violation of my consumer rights and complete disregard for basic hospitality standards. On the day of checkout, the hotel charged my credit card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent, under the false pretext that I had damaged their television. Let me be very clear: I did not cause any damage to the TV, and the hotel has failed to provide any evidence to support their accusation. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof. This is not just poor customer service—it is a serious case of unauthorized transaction and defamation. Key issues that make this situation unacceptable: 1. Unauthorized deduction: They processed a payment without my approval, which is a breach of trust and possibly illegal. 2. Baseless accusation: I was falsely blamed for damaging property, with zero evidence provided. 3. No accountability: The management showed no willingness to investigate fairly or admit fault. DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE unless you are ready to pay for unknown expenses.

位置很好，作为绿色巴士最靠里的一站，这里上车大概率有位置坐。我们十二点到达就让入住。满意。就是Wifi不太好。

整个岛都是一个集团运营的，这个公寓基本算性价比最高的。公寓正对猫眼沙滩，风景很美，公寓很大，两个人住足够舒服。配有厨房，意想不到的居然用了好几次，很方便。唯一和酒店不同的，是一周才清洁一次公寓，我们住了五天，床单换了一次，其它都靠自己收拾。每天会有人收垃圾，换地巾。浴巾想换可以跟客房人员说。

很適合家庭旅遊的飯店 房間很大 View 很好 交通很方便 綠線和藍線巴士都有到、離 resort center, 沙灘都很近。但是美中不足 可以更好的是 WiFi 只有 Lobby 才有

物有所值

非常好的海景公寓，给的是九层，视野非常好。白色鹦鹉非常喜欢飞到栏杆休息。客厅非常宽敞，可以住两个人。卧室一个大床，旁边还有一个小沙发床。厨房用具齐全，除了没有电饭锅，一应俱全。可以去码头附近的超市买来做些饭菜。但是到达之前一定问好接机班车的时间。我们就没有问，以为一公里走不了多久，没想到这个岛有高坡，实在是泪坏了。

Nice place, clean and comfortable, spacious although the furniture is old fashioned. It is good if you want to relax, you can cook in the apartment, the facilities and utensils you need are all there. We use the shuttle service on the island and are satistied with the service. However, it would definitely add credit if guests in the apartment can use non-motorised equipment on the beach free of charge, just like other guests in other hotels. Receptionists are nice and helpful. Great Location.

非常干净，环境优雅，海景优美，APARTMENT厨具配备非常齐全，特别适合家庭入住！

地段好，设施好，不过不配车，只能坐免费巴士，而山上的别墅比较偏远，但有配车也比较自由

入住的是高楼层的海景房，虽然要贵点，但坐在宽敞的阳台看变化莫测的大海是一种享受，尤其看日出。酒店有免费的BUS接送机场，不需要预约。门口有免费的公交车，去码头和超市都很方便。爬后面的山可以到岛上最高峰（PP），有指示牌，值得去一趟。房间很大，适合家庭入住，可做饭。有专门的自助洗衣房，洗衣、烘干各$4元。

度假不二选择。

适合家庭度假的不错的服务公寓。离海滩近，可以自己做饭。

房型很好，餐厨具齐全，十分适合自煮，观景一流。

很舒適，寬敞、有廚房很方便，打掃人員清潔非常仔細！
