Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Great dining options at the retreat and also nearby.

didn't do activities in Nat. Park. We went on a family history search, mailny St Aubins. No water hot or cold in morning! they supplied breakfast vouchers at greasy spoon across the road to make up for no showers!!!

1) We didn't get the room ( Singature Quadruple Room)that we booked and was given a family suite. We had a miss call, would have appreciated yhe info in the check - in email. Kids were very disappointed as they wanted the bunkbed. Only found out when calling the friendly night manager and was told the room wasnt available 😒 ( have emailed them and still waiting for them to reply) 2) Fan vent in bathroom was very noisy that we cannot turn on the lights when using the bathroom 3) one of the wall lights was broken, making the room dark and gloomy

Clean room and comfy bed.

Easy checkin/out, nice staff, nice rooms and gorgeous nature.

The room was clean & comfortable but I would not stay in room 105 as it was next to the main road & service station. Also there were guests making a great deal of loud noise outside the room at 11pm

Room was ok. Noisy fridge. Streamings apps did not work. Pool very dirty. Grounds looking neglected.

Beautiful place to stay

I was requested by staff to attend earlier than scheduled on the public holiday and was informed that no one would be available after 3:00 p.m. However, during this period, telephone calls were not answered, and there was no internet connectivity or access to Netflix in the rooms. Considering the rate of $340.00 per night, this was quite disappointing and not reflective of the standard expected. The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, it does not appear to be managed or operated effectively.

Pools were dirty and the room had a musty smell.Nothing for kids. Didn't enjoy at all . Checked out a day sooner than planned.

The grounds and the bird life were beautiful. There was a conference at the time but it was still quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The "kitchen area" was very small and a microwave would have been extremely useful. Also a small table and chairs would have been great. Overall though we had a lovely stay in a serene beautiful area and would go back again.

Beautiful resort with amazing grounds in a wonderful area. Staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Recommend 10/10.

Everything was lovely. Wipe benches due to ‘nature’ visitors when unattended as expected in bushy area. Rooms nice. Supermarket would be the only thing i avoid next time across the road. The staff were lovely but one of their elder workers (lady) was rude to us for sitting in their dining area as she was rushing around. We were there for disability respite and she definitely made us feel unwanted.
