The cleaness of the hotel is terrible. It seems that the bed sheet was not changed because I found some hair on it. What's worse, I found an insect on my bed and killed it. The reason may be that I opened the window due to stuffy air. I asked the staff to change my room. The staff was quite nice. However, there was still some hair on the bed sheet in the new room. In the evening, the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette. On the positive side, the hotel is next to an authentic Chinese restaurant and near main sightseeings of Salzburg.

When we checked in, the staff is very nice and helpful! Everything is fine.

The location of hotel is convenient, within walking distant to old town. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel staff are helpful and nice, they gave us recommendation of place to visit and place to eat. The only problem was during our stay the bath room shower tube was broken, we could not take shower, the technician fixed it twice but in vain. It was until the next day another technician replace the tube then the problem was solved.

条件很差，标称4星，根本不如中国的3星标准。是这次旅行满意度最低的酒店。

Location is fair but it is easy to walk to town centre. Noise insulation is bad in the room. Can hear people walking and talking loudly from the corridor. Also can clearly hear the toilet fushing from other rooms. Wifi is poor, always get disconnected.

好評! 由hallstatt坐公車，有一個站在酒店附近。訂了三人房，給了我們四人房，四人房是分開的兩間房，十分驚喜。沒有水煲，附近有超級市場、數間餐廳(狐狸餐廳)，步行至舊城區十分鐘內，離火車站十五分鐘(算近了)。

職員可用英語對答，友善等。早餐都滿意. 酒店位置一般，在機場搭2號線巴士，約20 分鐘後要步行5－8分鐘。

订的四人房，空间大小还算可以，就是房间的灯关比较昏暗。酒店前台态度很差，高傲，爱理不理的，咨询问题不理睬还给脸色客人看，让帮忙提前预约出租车还要办理好退房手续才打电话预约，害我们差点就赶不到时间去火车站坐车。

早餐好吃，房間乾淨舒適，但住在最邊邊所以網路訊號不佳，服務台人員提供非常多的資訊，整體來說住得很開心舒適。

位置離市區稍遠，無景觀；空調需另付費但易故障；早餐不錯

早餐豐盛，房間乾淨，離舊城區近，走路可到米拉貝爾花園和舊城區。

the location is good very close to the old town (in 10 mins walking distance. the staff is very nice.

Very nice, big and clean room. The breakfast is good too with a lot of choices. The reception lady is nice. They are willing to have you put your luggages there.

離車站稍微有點距離 不過一出飯店走沒多久就到舊城區了 附近就有兩三間超市 相當方便 房間稍微有點年紀 不過蠻乾淨的 服務人員態度不錯 早餐相當豐盛 如果想在這邊獃上兩三天放鬆 我會蠻推薦這一間飯店的

Staff was amazing. Very nice, helpful and welcoming. 11/10 Room 9/10. Renovated and clean but love a bathtub Breakfast 8.5/10. Was decent and did the job.

Gute Parkmöglichkeit um das Hotel, Vorsicht nicht auf den weißen Flächen parken, diese sind nur für Anrainer. Strafe kostet 30 € - da kann man gleich in die Tiefgarage fahren. Top Lage des Hotels in 5-10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt.

Pros: clean, quiet, lots of public transportation options, friendly/helpful staff, on-site breakfast Cons: internet would not work more than a few minutes at a time (beware of your data usage), the fridge did not work, so you can’t store things in it, and the beds/mattresses have seen better days. For the price and location, it’s worth it if the cons do not concern you.
