Konum olarak tramvay ve metro hemen yakınında aktarmalı olarak istediğiniz bir çok yere ulaşımı sağlayabilirsiniz. Yürüme mesafesi olan bir çok yer de mevcut. Otel genel olarak temiz ve nazik çalışanlara sahip. Kahvaltı olarak biraz yetersiz ama çok kotu de değil.

Durch Verspätung des Flugs kam ich sehr spät an und wurde super freundlich empfangen. Vielen Dank auch für die Organisation eines Löffels für mein Abendessen.

Fantastic service and friendly reception staff. Conveniently located near U1 line and walkable to much of the city’s sights. Elevator is a bit slow and small, so consider the stairs as a backup option.

Väldigt bra location och fin hotell som är väldigt ren. Runt hotellet finns det massa restauranger och barer runt om. Promenad avstånd till det flesta sevärdheterna. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsamma. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.

4 gece konakladık, oda temiz, kahvalti mükemmel, konum cok iyi, çalışanlar yardimsever. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Perfect stay. Old chic building (>100 years old), in city center, perfect breakfast, airconditioning. A lot of charm and not expensive. One day there where 2 fresh cakes on our room with a letter to congratulate me with my birthday. I didn't tell them anything, so that was a very kind treat.

Love it when people write “lovely and clean” where do they normally stay? Nice little hotel for short stay breakfast adequate but busy in buffet area after 9:00 so go earlier. Comfortable rooms but for “green” reasons they set the aircon temp in all rooms offering a “fan” if that is too warm (21c btw) I like it colder so slept on top of duvet on comfortable matress. Hotel is handy for transport options. I would not stay again but only due to stance on aircon which I wasn’t aware of prior to arrival but you are. Rest of stay was great including all staff.

One of the best hotels that we've stopped in, good quality but also friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt very secure and safe, in a good location. We were happy to walk into the centre of Vienna or to Karlsplatz underground station, which has excellent connections to other parts of the city including Schonbrunn and Prater Park with the famous Ferris Wheel. For anyone who is not happy to walk far, there is also a tram service very nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cereals, cooked food, bread, fruit, yogurt etc. The room was an adequate size, with a safe, air conditioning and a very good bathroom and everything else we needed. We had two evening meals in the restaurant, which was very good though with relatively few options. There are also a variety of other restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, providing advice and a tourist map on request. If we visit Vienna again we would hope to book Hotel Erzherzog Rainer again, as our first choice.

Great place in a great location - very close to train stations and also walkable to old Vienna. The property is beautiful. We were in a “petit” room, which was small but very well appointed. Beautiful towels, great shower and very kind staff. The included breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Avulias ja loistava henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli tosi monipuolinen ja erittäin hyvä.

Okein siisti ja kiva hotelli lähellä keskustaa. Tosi hyvä ja kattava aamiainen. Sopii hyvin kaupunkilomalle. Metro- ja ratikkapysäkit ovat lähellä.

This is historical buildling which was one of oldest buildings that survived the bombings back then in WWII. Fanastic building.
