The Hotel is really nice . Clean and awesome renovation. The breakfast are great too. Highly recomment

飯店坐落在郊區，環境十分休閒，適合渡假，但房間沒有空調，雖然氣溫不高，但沒空調還是不適應。

Hotel Gerl far surpassed my expectations and my family’s. The staff, food, amenities, rooms and food was all perfect! My kids are asking when we are coming back and I know it’s going to be soon thanks to how great they treated us.

The location, room and breakfast were all perfect. Standout here though is the incredible staff. Could not do enough for us. Every person is made to feel special and valued

From entering into the reception the staff makes you feel welcome and appreciated. All staff members greet you when passing them in the lobby, corridor, or elsewhere. My room was big, and had direct access to the terrace; and the upkeep and cleanliness was perfect. The pool and spa area is an attraction in itself; and it has as well an indoor as an outdoor pool. The gym is well-equipped also, and the atmosphere is nice. This is definitely my go-to place when I am visiting customers in the Salzburg area. It would be nice if the gym would open a little earlier - 8am is too late. But fortunately the weather was ok for running - there is a nice trail along the Saalach river.

Tolles Hotel, jederzeit wieder.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Toller Wellnessbereich und bestes Frühstück, das wir bisher in einem Hotel hatten.

Der Hotenaufenthalt war super schön. Sowohl der schöne gepflegte Spa-Bereich, das sehr gute Essen als auch das Personal war rundum perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Infinity-Pool und die Panorama Sauna. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Hauptstraße an der das Hotel gelegen ist (bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch nicht zu hören).

The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna very much. The breakfast was wonderful! Im coming back to enjoy this hotel again, no question.

Also die Poolanlage im Garten ist sehr gemütlich die Wassertemparatur eine perfekte Abkühlung. Die Beachbar ist sehr cool aber auch etwas überfüllt. Das Restaraunt ist sehr sehr lecker mit viel Auswahl an Essen, das einzige was man vielleicht ändern das man im Gastgarten ein par kleinere Tische für 2-3 Personen zur Verfügung hat ansonsten "TOP".

A great stay. Lovely spacious room and food delicious. However chewing gum stuck to top of bed and a used robe in the room. Asked hotel staff twice about buses before a third time when I was offered a free guest pass for use on buses. This should be automatically given on arrival. Hotels.com did not allow booking of a child and I did not realise they count children as adults so faced another 90 Euro per night charge.

Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Great breakfast and the amenities were a nice perk. We found some cute restaurants around the area and you can't beat the view. Our only complaint was the bathroom sink was kind of annoying as it seemed more for appearance than function (there was little room for the water to actually go).

Einfach perfekt, war zum 1. Mal dort, werde aber definitiv wieder buchen !

Adequate words fail me to describe my delightful experience at the Gerl. By far, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in Salzburg. I selected the two-room suite for our family; and the king-bed rooms were spacious. Don’t shy away from dining at the Gerl. The breakfast spread was delectable . This world traveler found their Thai Red Curry the best ever. Yes, you read that correctly. The best ever red curry in Salzburg, Austria. There is a laundry room an available for guests. The Gerl will be my home away from home on my next visit to Salzburg.

Es gibt nur eine Zimmerkarte pro Zimmer. Ausstattung ist teilweise beschädigt und abgenutzt. Es wird Wert auf Design gelegt, aber nicht auf Funktionalität (bspw. Türen erkennt man nicht als Türen).
