The staff is very friendly and offers help proactively. The breakfast is very good and it’s very nice to be able to have it early in the morning before we go to catch the early train.

酒店在老城核心区，马路对面过因桥就是黄金屋顶，窗口看出去就是因桥。开车的小伙伴，先在酒店门口（门口30米范围都可）把行李放下，然后check in。拿到房卡后，前台会给车库地图和，拐个弯就到。用房卡刷车库门，自己把车停好就行，停车费每晚12欧。前台提供优惠券，买东西和缆车都打九折。

地點好，越過橋就是購物商圈。走路3分鐘就有投幣式洗衣店。

此酒店風格比較老,房間是用鑰匙進入.對於喜歡復古風格的客人應該會不錯的體驗.還有不錯茶飲在房間可以自己泡飲.浴室比較小.早餐很不錯.服務人員很棒.

Very convenient and beautiful location. Just 15 min walks from the train station, 10 min to the centre, bars and restaurant. The single room on the 5 floor was big for one person. It had everything I needed and was very clean, quiet and very warm. The staff was very helpful, always ready to help with any questions I had. The breakfast had lots of options even for me that I am dairy intolerant. A bit pricy for a single room

I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, we went to the Christmas markets and loved the experience. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out but overall we would stay there again.

We stayed here with a family of 4 over new years eve. Location is brilliant with a very short walk over the river to the Old Town. Hotel staff were really fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were clean and serviced and the breakfast each day was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!

Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money and a terrific find.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Many thanks to you. If I have a chance to return to Innsbruck I will definitely return to Mondschein. Thank you!

Our second time staying and loved it as much as the first. The room was clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and staff were very friendly.
