I love this hotel. You can tell the owners love it too. There is a family tree on the wall in the lobby that shows the 4 generations of the family that owns it so it’s a family business. The hotel is beautiful. I was able to get a small room for one with just one small bed. The bathroom is quite tiny so maybe not appropriate for a larger person. Its location is great with just a short walk to most of the main tourist places. There was a small fridge in the room with items you could purchase. Hotel staff was superb.

This hotel is perfectly located for sightseers; it doesn't have a gym but it's close to a major streetcar/underground hub. The staff is on top of things, the rooms are impeccably clean with great linens, pillows, and towels. It has traditional Austrian windows (double panes center divided casements) so that you can get air; it has good heat and AC. And their breakfast buffet is splendid. In the Kremslehner family for generations -- support your local folks.

What a wonderful stay in the city of Vienna! It's location near the U2 station Stottentor was ideal (for me) and access to the inner Stadt was very convenient.
The breakfast provisions were well-staffed and very well proportioned and delicious.
The room was spacious and comfortable and my room had a stunning view of the Votivplatz church and had many electrical outlets for all my device recharging requirements!
The staff was simply amazing! One staffer, who had become familiar with me, greated me at the desk with my door key in hand in anticipation of my arrival after my day of sightseeing!

The location, the staff, the room, the cleanliness were great. The breakfast amazing! The service wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was not air conditioning and the heater was on making the room super hot. We had to sleep with the windows opened.

This historic hotel is situated in a perfect location for exploring the history, architecture and museums of Vienna. We will stay again should we return. Only downside is they put us in a room with no view except that of another wing of the building. We’ll request an exterior room next time to take advantage of the view.

In general clean rooms, nothing special. It seems to be a hotel with historic background so kind of nice old style. The staff act very politely, maybee a little stiff. Bar is very Austrian. Breakfast is €25 p.p. if you not include it in the room, so expensive if you just need a cup of coffee and a croissant.
