Christian was very helpful along all the staff we interacted with. The location was very close to places we wanted to see and the weather was good. The breakfast was also very tasty. I’ll definitely come back again.

Hôtel très bien situé. En quelques minutes à pieds, il est possible de prendre le métro. Quartier calme, tout comme l'hôtel.
Idéal pour visiter le château de Schönbrunn et Naschmarkt (deux incontournables à Vienne) qui ne sont qu'à quelques stations de métro.
Le personnel est très agréable et présent en cas de questions.
La chambre (double nous concernant) était spacieuse. Une chambre efficace, à l'image de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Du sucré, du salé. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Si j'avais une recommandation, ce serait une offre alimentaire hors petit déjeuner plus large, surtout quand on arrive le soir.
Mais honnêtement c'est un choix très sûr.

Le seul petit hic est que le métro et une voie très passante passaient non loin de la fenêtre et la fenêtre double vitrage ne suffisait pas totalement pour étouffer le bruit, mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était très fourni.

although the room is kinda small, but it's very quiet to stay. Breakfast is great! It's not too far for the metro. The air-condition somehow in our room is not working pretty well so we have to open our window to keep our room cool.

There are 2 supermarket on both sides of the hotel one block away so it was very convenient. Lots of different restaurants in the area and the subway is about 4 or 5 blocks away. The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room. We stay at the back side of the hotel and it is very noisy with the subway train going by about 20 hours a day. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get a room in the front and hope it is not as loud.

Margaretengürtel durağına yürüyerek 5-6 dakika. Bu duraktan istediğiniz yere kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Biz ayrıca yine otel civarındaki otobüs duraklarını da kullandık. Oda biraz serindi, kademeli termostat tam anlamıyla düzgün çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı standart Avrupa oteli kahvaltısı. Personeller ilgili. Tekrar gelsek yine kalabiliriz.

Rooms are okey but not very clean and a bit worn out. Staff is not very polite especially men at the reception. Breakfast is excellent with many wonderful choices. Location is great with many beautiful places in a walking distance.
