such a bad check-in experience, it should not really happen to Melia level hotel. such a shame you have this kind of stuff and treat the client in such a rude way.

地方不錯，坐電車或巴士一兩個站就可以到市中心，在這酒店還有很美麗的景色，服務員人很好。

This is my first time staying in Vienna. The hotel was good and comfortable. My room was in 9F and I could see the river from the window. It was really good and romtatic. However, the toilet was not perfect clean, I saw some dirty in the there and I used the toilet brush to clean it to avoid my wife getting crazy. And the location was not easy to find for me. I was using google map to find the hotel, and google map guide me to entrance a underground which will lost your GPS signal. Therefore, I took some time to find the hotel. I suggest you search DC tower instead of hotel in your GPS. And the fee of parking lot was really expensive, it takes 30 Europe per day. I was thinking about parking on the road side for free. But I couldn’t find a closed parking space. And I was in bad luck, I lost my ticket. I spent 60 Europe for ticket lost.

酒店很棒，位置好 安静 景色好 楼下就可以看到多瑙河 行政曾下午茶不错，可以180度看景，早餐也不错，就是住了四天，每天早餐一样，要是每天稍微有点更新就更好了

交通方便,房間乾淨,wifi不太穩定,購買vienna city card for 48hr時被告知賣完了,只能去其他飯店買,相當不方便.Executive Level的view相當漂亮,有點心及酒可以用,但缺少變化.早餐建議在餐廳吃,選擇比較多.

这里到史蒂芬大教堂只有6站地铁，约15分钟，早餐提供粥、汤、米粉，适合中国人的胃，西瓜也是原汁原味。如果入住the level 楼层，那club room 的景色会让你动容。

從大廳房間餐廳的空間都十分寬敞，令人感到舒適，裝潢風格時尚簡約 離地鐵站很近，到市區或其他景點還算方便 飯店附近無超市或餐廳，如果不打算在飯店內享用餐點或酒吧 建議在外面活動時先行採買或吃飯

Très bon hôtel moderne, qui occupe les 15 premiers étages de la tour DC. Les autres sont des bureaux sauf le dernier étage (57eme !) où il y a le restaurant et l’espace Level. Ma seule critique porte sur le libellé des chambres Level : on croit que la chambre va se situer dans les derniers étages mais en fait non, la mienne était au 9ème… L’intitulé Level accolé à la chambre veut juste dire que vous aurez accès à cet espace exclusif au dernier étage, ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner à cet étage, mais pas de vue spectaculaire dans la chambre comme la vue du 57eme étage qui elle est incroyable ! Libellé à revoir au niveau du marketing pour ne pas induire les clients en erreur… Le petit déjeuner était top à part ça, et la chambre très grande et confortable. Demander une chambre avec vue sur le centre ville car certaines chambres ont une vue sur une tour à côté et un chantier…

Great hotel. Terrible eggs.

The hotel is quite good, but a few things to know!! 1.) you can only access the floor your room is on, if you have a friend or colleague in a room on another floor, the only way is to meet up at the bottom floor and go to the room together. Don’t try the fire escape, it is one way and you then have to walk to the ground floor. 2.) Different ”levels” of rooms have breakfast at different floors - a delux room can not have breakfast with a superior by paying the different in price - either pay full price or upgrade room… 3.) Beds are hard as concrete, and no douvet is provided, only folded sheets. Also, pillows are about 80cm square, and less than 1” thick, and when you put your head in them they go flat as an pancake. In order to get any necksupport I had to fold 3 of them in half, and I still had a hard time feeling comfortable. 4.) The Level restaurant was average in quality, and even though the view is breathtaking, I would not recommend for a great meal..

Parking is super frustrating and expensive, hard to find. The property used to be a 5 star place some years ago, but it's a bit run down now. The staff is excellent! Absolutely wonderful. Cleanliness was okay, not 5/5, but 4/5. Don't want to find another empty bottle left by a previous guest in my room in future. Walls should be painted. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you guys!
