Staff were very friendly and helpful , the young lady on the reception made sure the next day we had a twin room for the rest of our stay. Location was superb , with the tram 71 2min walk away that takes your straight into the centre. In addition, the S7 train links the airport to the hotel and takes around 28mins and is a lot cheaper than the Citycat and just as effective, cost is around 9euro for a round trip.

Our room was spacious with large windows we could open overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Having a bathtub was a nice amenity. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of hot and cold items. The location was perfect for us

它是我住過的NH旅館中最糟的一個，空調沒有恆溫，設定溫度20度吹吹停停，害得我感冒加劇，朋友則是只要空調一啟動鼻子就癢起來，感覺空調很久沒有清潔保養。 床是沒有很好睡，側睡睡到手臂發麻醒來。 電梯照明感覺很不環保，燈泡發熱熱到連坐20秒都覺得煎熬。

整體不錯, 空間大, 而且與景點也很接近 由維也納大站買travel card再乘 Tram #0 約4-5個站就可以到達, 站名Rennweg, 一下車會見到桃紅色BIPA賣化妝品的店, 反方向行就可以, 走的時候到機場也很快, 離開酒店往右面向前走到S字的火車站, 再乘半小時火車就可以, 火車票1位不到3歐元 離開酒店向右行, 有一間中國餐館, 午餐有ALL YOU CAN EAT 只是7.9歐元一位, 晚餐則是點菜, 10PM CLOSE, 而向左行有一間超市BILLA, 可以在那裡買手信, Manner 餅乾,比在Dom Stephen便宜, 而且不用老遠買到酒店, Parma Ham 很便宜 5歐元就有, 亦可以買水、飲料、水果等

The room is clean and comfortable. I'm also satisfied with the space. It's quiet and relax. Receptionist is also friendly and helpful. It takes within 5 minutes walking distance to th train station and the famous schloß Belvedere.

Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anforderung (damit keine Kaffeekapseln) am Vortag, schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer, schmales Doppelbett und nicht gut schließende Fenster führten zum Abzug. Mitarbeiter, besonders der Frühstückskoch!!!, verdienten sich 6 Sterne.
