The staff wa absolutely wonderful and had THE BEST restaurant recommendations. The bed was made so wonderfully tight that I first thought the sheets were missing. 😁
The only thing that could’ve been improved is the possibility of not having the room cleaned and the towels changed every day, that would help regarding eco-friendliness.
I absolutely loved the house itself, very central and so super cosy and comfortable.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und liegt seht Zentral. Es hat einen Fahrstuhl im Gebäude um in die oberen Stockwerke zu kommen, jedoch auf dem Stockwerk selbst einige Stufen um zu den Zimmern zu kommen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und ok - jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und einige Dinge funktionierten nicht; bei mir die Lampe am Bett und der Haartrockner.

la chambre était très propre. l’ensemble est correct mais la vue sur une sorte de derrière d’immeuble cour minuscule de la taille d’un escalier de secours, face a un mur sans aucune lumière donne un aspect lugubre à la chambre. sur les photos je n’avais pas du tout détecté ça ..

Localisation, confort, proprété et personnel au top ! Ma chambre etait côté rue donc c'etait bruyant mais je le savais vu le quartier et je n'avais pas demandé pour ne pas etre de ce côté.

Accueillant (même si je suis arrivée bien en avance pour déposer mes bagages. J'aurais tout de même apprécié que la personne le porte car il y a un escalier pour accéder au local). Chambre et réception de décoration sobre, plutôt élégante. Une place dans la chambre pour déposer la valise. Un placard pour suspendre les vêtements. Salle de bain bien équipée, produits de lavage (de marque) présents. 1 lit de taille correcte pour 1 personne (matelas un peu mou à mon goût). Wifi efficace. Bouilloire appréciée dans la chambre. Très bien situé, près du métro lignes 4 et 10 (directes depuis la gare de Bxl midi) mais aussi du centre ville (grand place à 5 minutes à pied, commerces également).
Problème de bruit extérieur (mais pas de chambre solo donnant sur cour). Hôtel plutôt calme lors de mon séjour. Matelas déformé (j'avais tendance à glisser et presque tomber par terre .. un peu délicat). Difficile de regarder la TV sans se placer de façon plutot inconfortable sur le lit).

First night we were in a front facing room and it was so loud we could not sleep. The staff moved us to a back room and it was quiet. Room was clean. Walking distance to all the sights.

The staff was kind. That's the only good thing I can tell.. Because our room smelled bad, but especially near the bathroom it smelled a lot of pee. The sheets were not comfortable/soft and we could hear the music/sounds from the front desk. We were on the 1st floor. Anyway, I was disappointed because at first the hotel looks cute and the location is good, but we didn't have a good experience.
