Great location, just near the tourist attractions, Good Facilities, Comfortable

We spent one night in room 145. There was no elevator connection to the room but the receptionist was very kind to help us carry our two large luggages upstairs through the narrow steep stairs. The room was very spacious had everything you need. But the most disappointing part is the bed, it was composed of two twin beds making it look like a 'king size bed' as described. It was way too soft even for Asian standard. The soundproof was rather poor. We could hear the lady in the opposite room coughing in the middle of the night, and people walking along the stairs early in the morning. Had a bad sleep there.

Equipe muito cordial , ótimo atendimento! O hotel é muito bonito e a localização é excelente! Quarto lindamente decorado e muito confortável. única coisa que precisa ser melhorada é o banheiro com banheira, a água da ducha escorre pelo vidro e inunda o banheiro, tivemos que secar após cada banho.... já banheiro com chuveiro e box foi perfeito!

Location excellent.staff done the hotel proud Will return again in the future

Very friendly staff here especially the older gentleman that checked us in and later worked in their lounge. The room was clean, large, and very elegant looking. Location was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the canal and 5 min to the main square. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel, with very helpful, friendly staff. It's in a perfect location for exploring Bruges. We would highly recommend.

Incredible beauty, charm and top notch service! Our favorite hotel experience abroad to-date! The building is full of history and a renewed elegance. We were provided such a warm welcome. Our suite was spacious, clean, with a romantic view of the canal. Thank you, we can not say enough good!

Meget dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Personalet var søde og imødekommende og værelset var skønt og lyst.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Stunning area especially at night when they light up the buildings. Beautiful room and comfortable bed with good quality linen. Cosy bar downstairs although the bartender who was actually working in reception did not know what cognac or brandy was. Strange. Dogs are allowed.

Hôtel idéalement situé au coeur de Bruges Le personnel était au top et la chambre très agréable et confortable.

Room: Canal-view room was quite noisy at night and had a lot of drafts coming through the old windows. Very few towels provided in the room. Restaurant “Memorie”: Dinner was very good, but the menu is extremely limited, with only a few dishes to choose from.
