From the very first moment, the experience feels personal and thoughtfully curated, making you feel genuinely valued and appreciated. We had a reserved, named underground parking space and were warmly welcomed by the reception team. Check-in was seamless: we were offered a glass of juice, given clear information about the hotel, and personally escorted to our room.
The room was very comfortable. While it was a bit of a walk from the spa and breakfast area, it was conveniently close to the restaurant, which is excellent. I strongly recommend booking dinner in advance, as it fills up quickly.
The spa and wellness area is of high quality overall. The only small drawback is the size of the pool: even though access is by reservation, it can still get crowded, making swimming a bit challenging. That said, the rest of the spa facilities are wonderful. We enjoyed a couple’s massage and balneotherapy, both of which were outstanding.
All in all, a fantastic discovery. We will definitely return. Many thanks to the entire staff for providing such a relaxing and memorable stay.

Detta hotell är klassat som 4 stjärnigt. Nej - absolut inte möjligen 3 stjärnor. Inredning ganska ordinär. Vi hyrde det dyraste rummet och där var TV:n nedmonterad och WIFI fungerade bara vid receptionen. När vi kom så betalade vi för frukost 36€ för 2 personer. Vi klagade på att det inte fanns någon TV och att Wifi inte fungerade. Vi blev lovade att hotellet skulle betala tillbaka frukosten till vårt konto. Det har nu gått en tid och vi har påmint om detta men varken fått svar eller några pengar. Uselt!!

The room was very comfortable. While it was a bit of a walk from the spa and breakfast area, it was conveniently close to the restaurant, which is excellent. I strongly recommend booking dinner in advance, as it fills up quickly.

Nous avons réservé une nuit afin de fêter nos 10 ans de couple . Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. L'accueil , l'amabilité du personnel étaient plus que parfait , nous avions reçu une bouteille de cava en chambre pour célébrer notre anniversaire , un grand merci au Quartier Latin pour cette adorable attention . L'hôtel est magnifique , facile d'accès avec parking. Le soir nous avion choisit d'aller au restaurant de l'hôtel ( salle à manger ) ,nous avons pris le menu allin à 75 € . Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin . Le petit déjeuner était tout aussi excellent avec des produits frais. .L hôtel est à recommander sans hésitation.

Tres bon sejour dans cet hotel. Personnel tres accueillant et disponible. Belles chambres au calme, restaurant tres sympa avec sa terrasse. Et le Spa est excellent, avec ses thermes et soins proposés. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement sur le parking de l'hotel.
