Sehr ungepflegtes Hotel und Außenanlage. Schimmel in der Toilette, ohne Abluft. Fernseher war aus der Halterung anscheinend gefallen und stand auf dem Tisch an der Wand gelehnt. Duschkabine auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen, stark abgenutzt, Duschkopf Halterung war defekt. Auf der Terrasse zum Zimmer waren die Möbel auch stark abgenutzt, verdreckt und es standen Holzplatten einfach rum. Das Hotel müsste dringend komplett in Ordnung gebracht werden. Das Essen im Restaurant ist in Preis Leistung stark überteuert. Die Idee der Anlage war mal gut, aber man hat sichtbar es nicht weiter gepflegt.

Vi ankom til et hotel der trænger til en ordentlig omgang rengøring. Meget beskidt og rodet reception. Vi havde fået en træhytte, denne gyngede MEGET, hver gang vi bevægede os. Hytten trængte også til en ordentlig rengøring, spindelvæv og beskidt gulv, især ved vinduerne. Det positive var gode senge og fantastisk udsigt ind i skov. Det var svært at finde en parkeringsplads.

Arrived late evening after a long drive from the UK during the heatwave of 30+. We had booked one of their many treehouses which when we arrived was not available as the A/C was faulty, they kindly upgraded us to the twin box treehouse with working A/C which was a god send in the heat. Very quirky design, had everything you’d need. If you have a fear of insects however, be prepared to evict an abundance of spiders, moths, ants and beetles from the treehouse if you don’t like sharing! The only negative for us was the actual structure moves when you walk around so you feel a but like your on a boat. It’s perfectly safe but the design causes this, i guess it adds to the charm? Head space is limited in places also. Lastly it seems hot water is on a timer so bare this in mind if your planning on a mid day or late night shower. - Parking was fine, plenty of available space with additional parking on the main road opposite the hotel if needed, it’s also easy to find. Staff are very friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We didn't use any of the amenities although they seemed fine and again, same with the restaurant, we didn’t eat there but the food looked and smelt amazing!

Aardig personeel, prima verblijf, lekker ontbijt, mooie tuin/terras. Fijne plek om te overnachten als je naar Pairi Daiza gaat. Het hotel heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. Daar zijn ze volgens mij ook wel mee bezig.

Lækker restaurant på hotellet. Morgens buffet var meget skuffende med et lille udvalg. Der var en lille pool til rådighed. Vi boede i en træ hytte i skoven. Desværre havde hotellet ikke en gartner, for udendørs arealerne var slet ikke vedligeholdt, men kunne ha været Så flot og indbydende med en gartner til at passe området.

Tout juste passable pour le prix payé. En effet, la chambre est relativement grande néanmoins l’entretien laisse largement à désirer. Une première chambre m’a été donnée. Celle-ci avait une odeur tenace à l’intérieur J’ai demandé une seconde chambre qui m’a été donnée. La seconde avait aussi une odeur moins dérangeante. Je me suis contenté de celle-ci . pas d’Internet je parle donc bien du réseau Mobile sur place ainsi que pas de wi-fi, il est donc très compliqué de travailler dans ces conditions. J’ai oublié de préciser que dans la première chambre, l’évier était bouché. Les bains à remous sont fonctionnels, mais l’aspiration est encombrée par de nombreux résidus. La piscine avait un dépôt de saltée au fond suffisant pour me dissuader d’aller me baigner aussi de nombreuses marre verdâtre,entoure l’hôtel et constituent un repère idéal pour les moustiques. Lors de mon départ personne à la Reception pour me faire ma facture, on me demande de laisser mon e-mail pour qu’on m’envoie la facture dans la journée, je n’ai toujours rien reçu à ce jour. Le seul point positif et le petit déjeuner qui était très bien des œufs brouillés frais ainsi que des saucisses et des pancakes.

We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. The first night was a severe storm and water started pouring through the fire alarm and ceiling. I felt sorry for the receptionist who was the only member of staff on and only spoke French. He did well and kept supplying towels to help clear up the water and try and prevent it going to the floor below. At about 4.30am in the morning after 3.5 hours I went to bed in a wet musty room. What wasnt so impressive, was when asking what was happening about the room the following day, a different receptionist just shrugged and said its not my problem. I lost 4 hours of sleep trying to help minimise water damage and then had to change my days plans as a result. Not a single apology about pouring water through the ceiling. Not a single thank you. Just oh well, deal with it. It was a good thing my partner moved our things and there was no water damage to our belongings. We then moved, but the room we had been in, was set up for new people to stay in the day after next, which I don't believe had it's fire alarm retested and if needed replaced, it to be water free, properly dehumidified, non-musty and the water damaged ceiling redecorated.

WiFi non existent along with any kind of phone signal Air con non existent And god forbid it rains because the place leaks like sieve if its raining outside its raining inside. And the staff are incapable of supplying extra towels and buckets because their WiFi isn't working !! Avoid at all costs i wish I had Luckily for me I was only there for two days

The hotel is in a nice area, the only downside is that it needs some maintenance on certain areas. You can see that that needs to be better in certain rooms. Staff will help you with all questions or changes that you want. And the restaurant is serving great food.

Le personnel est très accueillant et le concept de cabane individuelle en pleine nature est très original. Nous avons testé le restaurant à emporter dans la chambre (idéal avec un bébé) : un régal pour un prix très correct vu la qualité. Il y a aussi une piscine, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs sont à revoir : Le logement : Bien équipé, mais il manque de vrais volets (les rideaux et stores laissent passer le jour dès 5h). L'insonorisation est faible (bruits extérieurs jusqu'à minuit) et la porte d'entrée grince énormément. De plus, la structure bouge de façon inquiétante d'un côté quand on marche de l'autre. Le ménage (gros point noir) : Si le sol était propre, le reste laissait à désirer : poussière sur les meubles/appareils, frigo sale avec une fuite créant de la moisissure au sol, anciennes capsules moisies laissées dans la cafetière, moisissure dans la douche et bouilloire entartrée. La terrasse était aussi couverte de feuilles (suite aux orages, mais non ramassées). Pour l'anecdote : réveil un peu brutal à 6h30 par un pivert, mais en forêt, c'est le jeu ! En résumé, un bel endroit avec un fort potentiel, mais qui manque cruellement d'entretien et de soin.

Net hotel goede locatie voor bezoek aan pairi daiza . Restaurant heeft zeker kwaliteit. Kamer WiFi is slecht tot helemaal geen WiFi wel in de hal. Genoeg parkeer plek. Rustig gelegen. Misschien iets gehorig maar welk hotel niet.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre en pleine canicule. Le personnel a été formidable, mais on sent bien que la direction ne met pas un euro dans l'entretien. Le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas correctement et aucune bouteille d'eau n'était mise à disposition dans la chambre.

I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for cleanliness. The bath was covered in black hairs and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, we ended up having to put a towel in the bath to shower because it was disgusting. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. The shower is either scolding hot or cold and will change mid shower which is unpleasant. There was what looked like wet tissue dried onto the ceiling and walls. The air con unit worked for about 20 minutes before it poured out a load of water straight onto the desk below so we couldn’t use it - 30 degree temperatures outside as well! Awful - wouldn’t stay here. The staff were helpful however.

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und heruntergekommen. Das Frühstück was durchschnittlich.

Restaurant was zeer goed. Lodge geboekt, uiteindelijk andere lodge gekregen omdat de airco niet zou werken. Minder mooi dan degene die ik geboekt had. Al bij al proper hotel maar de lodges vond ik zeer vies

Location d'une chambre insolite annulée car odeur de tabac froid a l'arrivée. Replacé dans 1 chambre en sous classement sans modification de tarif. Fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain ; pas de ménage et pas de lits qui ont été refait le 2ème jour... l'hôtel a besoin d'être repris en main par des professionnels !
