Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.

Nice room & good breakfast, the location is not far away from the train station

We stayed at Yooma Brussels for 2 nights (6/25-6/27/2026). We were assigned to Room 411. When we entered the room, a portion of the floor was sticky like it was not not cleaned. The room temperature was 23.5 degrees C (74 F) and was warm. So we lowered the temperature to 19 degrees but after an hour the room temperature rose to 25 degrees. We went down to the front desk and reported the sticky floor and the air conditioning. The female staff came up to the room and acknowledged that the floor was not clean and that she would come up to clean it when we leave for dinner, but she was unable to fix the air conditioning. She left and sent her male staff to check on the air conditioning. He checked and said that there was air flowing into the room and we just need to wait for it to cool down. We left for dinner and returned at 10 p.m. The floor was cleaned (not sticky anymore) but the room temperature was at 23.5 degrees. I went down to the front desk and filed a complaint but it was late and the engineer had gone home. So they provided a fan for us to use for the evening. The next morning when we left for the town center, we again made a request for the staff to fix the air conditioning. When we came back, the air conditioning was not fixed and the temperature was again at 23.5 degrees. I also saw maintenance staff removed 3 fans from other rooms after the guesses checked out. The hotel is a bit more than a hostel and the front desk service is poor. We will not stay again.

c est la seconde fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel très bien situé (proche de la gare Bruxelles midi et non loin à pieds du centre). Avec la forte chaleur, mise à disposition de bouteilles et de fontaines à eau fraîche ( gazeuse ou plate) Tout petit bémol car la douche sentait un peu les égouts. J y retournerai tout de même

The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day.

Clean and tidy rooms and property. We had bunk room and each bunk was self contained units and well done. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Property close to the train station

Very tight small rooms but over all clean and organized.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, Frühstück in Ordnung aber nicht herausragend. Standort gut, Parkgarage sehr eng für Familienvan, aber machbar. Lage im Bahnhofsviertel mit entsprechendem Klientel um das Hotel herum. Würden wiederkommen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was decent, although the tub was very slippery to get in and out of, and the bathroom door was extremely hard to open. The A/C didn’t work so great, especially during the heatwave. Not located in a great part of town.

Location was very convenient to the train station, but not terribly close to the city center (although within walking distance). However, the rooms were excellent and the staff went above and beyond. A great hotel for families.

Hotel de très bon standing, moderne, chambre impeccable, très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle. Des espaces communs pratiques : consignes à bagages, salle de jeux, salle détente, bibliothèque...

Staff so friendly

This hotel is the best. The staff was incredible- they were very friendly and so helpful. The cartoon theme was cute and the room we had was spacious and comfortable (we were traveling with two teenagers). There are two cinema rooms (one had World Cup coverage going!) and a huge roof top terrace with lots of places to sit and relax. It was an easy 11 minute walk to the Brussels south train station and about a 6 minute walk to the metro. I was so happy with this hotel and you can’t beat the price!

The rooms are extremely well-designed for families. They are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and very friendly, everyone made the effort to talk to you which was a nice touch. The hotel is ideally placed for sightseeing and some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Tudo perfeito! So nao usei a alimentação! Lavei roupa, usei rooftop, quarto e banheiros gigantes e confortáveis

It’s a cute hotel with adorable cartoons on the walls. The staff was super friendly and the beds very comfortable.

This was such a great hotel! The comic theme was fun. The staff was EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed our stay here. I HIGHLY recommend it. The walk into the center of Brussels was pleasant—about 15 minutes to the Grand Place. And I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff was. Every person we interacted with treated us with kindness and respect. ❤️
