staff is great, it just hard to get ahold of any one without leaving your room. and the bug were very bad! other than that it was amazing.

Smart hotel and large pool on the beach. Good restaurant/bar facilities.

The resort is beautiful. Our two bedroom unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Loved the pool, the kayaks we were free to use, the friendly and accommodating staff, and the delicious breakfast every morning at Embers. We were treated like royalty! Truly hated to leave. Would most definitely stay there again when in Hopkins.

Very courteous. Clean rooms. Huge rooms and great kitchen. Our only issues were inadequate number of life jackets as there were only 3 available AND they were for children size and some were very very old ( you should throw them away). Some of thr bikes need to be replaced as well as a lot of guests like to ride into Hopkins but some bikes are in terrible condition and seat height adjudtment wad impossible. Overall a great place to stay for a few days.

The resort was beautiful. The condos, beach and pool area was spotless. The staff so friendly and the restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner

Nice greeting from the staff as we entered. Pretty and spacious rooms, most with balconies overlooking the pool and sea. Bikes, kayaks available for free or rent a fishing pole and go fishing. Restaurant offered delicious breakfast and has live entertainment on some nights. The pool is smaller but very nice with a swim up bar. Plenty of lounges available around the pool or right on the beach. 20/25 minute walk to the center od town or rent a golf cart from the resort.

The staff are the best I've ever experienced, after two weeks there everybody called us by name. Few problems with the room with things not working but they did offer an upgrade. Loved it there, definitely for people in our age group(60's). Young people would be bored because Hopkins doesn't offer much but restaurants. We rented a car and drove to adventures.

Gorgeous very large apartment

Everything was clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very good. Will be returning and recommending.

Room was large, right on the beach...20 feet away, well appointed and clean...5 gallon container of water on the conter and breakfast next door at the Hopiins Bat Resort!purified water on

The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (I would add some cutlery). The staff at the reception and the other areas (accounting, security, restaurant) were very helpful. Very close to the pool and the beach. I would reccoment adding a night light and some hooks in the bathroom. Also, a first aid kit should be mandatory at the reception office. It would be very nice to also have insect repellent and especially bug bite relief available, as the sand flies and the mosquitos were very aggresive and we got hundreds of bites on the body soon after we came. The nearest grocery store is at least 0.5 miles away by foot and it is very limited in thw offerings.

Impeccably clean rooms, a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and exceptionally warm, friendly staff. Everything felt upscale yet welcoming, making our stay feel truly luxurious from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Clean room, well kept property

Excellent staff. Helpful to book activities. Our place was perfect for two people. We had everything we needed. Great pool and access to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Room was clean, customer service was impeccable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was absolutely accommodating. My 2 bedroom condo was spotless. Views was amazing!!

It was a little expensive for where it was, but the staff were amazing and the villas were really nice!

Employees are friendly. Accommodations and grounds match the photos. Only issue we had was the sand fleas. They were pretty tough to deal with and got to us even inside the restaurant. Bring plenty of DEET. Not the resort's fault, but probably would have stayed elsewhere had we known this. This was our 2nd trip to Belize and found the sand fleas can be local to certain areas so it's a bit hit and miss.
