萨尔宫酒店

設計很漂亮的鹽旅舘，但價格以它提供的設備服務而言偏貴，附近景色荒蕪，位置很偏，須花來回約60～75美金的交通費才能到達，晩餐若不自備，只能在旅館用，附近荒涼無人煙。若只是圖個新鮮感，還是值得來住的。

とてもスタッフの笑顔が素敵なホテルでした。 空港までの送迎が朝6時と7時半にありました。 プールは温水で日差しが暑くて日焼けしました。 料理も美味しく頂き夕陽はここのレストランで食べる事をオススメします。 ボリビアワインも美味しくロケーションも良いので，ホテルを堪能しました。 壁が薄くスタッフや歩いてる音が良く聞こえました。

The staff and amenities were great, but I feel like our room was not. The room had a weird stench in it, we thought at first that it came from the wind, but when we closed the window the smell stayed. It smelled like feces, it was weird. The salt ceiling also had insulation foam just bubbling in it, which I would have preferred that they cut out, it kind of ruined the affect. I was also particularly annoyed at arranging spa services. I messaged the hotel before I came and was told to wait until I got there, when I got there things were mostly booked. I booked a spa service for 9pm that night, I was worried there was a chance we would do an activity and get back late, so I asked the spa reception if that happened if I could just contact the hotel to speak to her and she said I could. So that night, when we had an activity I thought was running late, I tried REALLY hard to contact the hotel and was literally unable to do so. The phone number listed on their google and website isn't an answered number - but you don't find that out until you add it in WhatsApp and send a message. I messaged the hotel through WhatsApp and through Expedia and they didn't timely respond, I also messaged through their chat service and no response. When I FINALLY received a response it was to say that I couldn't reschedule my spa service or it would be viewed as a cancellation. Luckily I was able to make my appointment in the end, but I was HIGHLY frustrated by the experience.

Acústica do quarto ruim/ equipe de funcionários simpáticos/café da manhã completo/ restaurante muito abaixo da média para um hotel 4 ou 5 estrelas/estrutura do hotel é fantástica mas esperava mais dos restaurantes.

Infravalorado, no es de 5 estrellas! La mayoría del personal NO amable, es caro para lo que ofrecen, ya que en otros lugares pagas igual o menos y te ofrecen más servicios. La habitación con el baño obsoleto. Esperaba más por la relación costo-beneficio. Reserve habitación VIP y de VIP no tenía nada, pues me mandaron hasta el final del hotel. Sin duda pagué de más por algo que no cumplía con lo pagado. Y el servicio de transporte gratuito PÉSIMO! El chofer no se acomide con tus maletas, no se para que ofrecen el servicio si es terrible el trato por parte de los choferes; al ser 5 estrellas es para que te ayuden con tu equipaje! Luego parece que trae prisa por llegar al pueblo ya que manejo espantoso y nos tocó ver un accidente en la carretera y el chofer no le importó seguir manejando horrible. Llegamos al hotel del pueblo Jardines de Uyuni donde es el punto de encuentro y la señorita de recepción una persona DESPOTA, y CERO AMABLE!

One of the better hotels in Uyuni, but it is desperately in need of renovation and updating. The breakfast buffet is terrible.

すべての建物や、隣接の庭の設備などが、とても素敵でした。スタッフの方もとても優しくしてくださいました。 1月の雨季の時期の滞在で、雨や曇っている時間がありましたが、ホテル内のジャグジーやプールで楽しく過ごせました。お庭には、観覧車やメリーゴーランドのような設備もあり、ご家族連れの方にも良さそうな感じでした。

O hotel é legal e bonito, mas quando se olha os detalhes e cuidados com o hospede e ate mesmo a infraestrutura fica um pouco complicada, banheiro não são bem limpos, ao entrar em nosso quarto uma toalha estava manchada de marrom e o quarto com um cheiro super forte de cigarro, mesmo falando na recepção só trocaram a toalha e passaram um desodorizante de ambientes, minutos depois o cheiro continuava lá, agua quente irregular o chuveiro esquentava e esfriava, a piscina do spa estava com a agua suja e bem turva, o pessoal do restaurante (bar, area externa e buffet) nota 10 atenciosos e solicitos, a recepção em alguns momentos parecem que estão fazendo um favor em te atender. Bem é legal ir e tirar fotos e a comida é gostosa mas fora isso não vale nem um pouco a pena pagar o preço elevado com outras opções bacanas em uyuni.

The staff is amazing; they have a doctor on-site who helped us with altitude sickness and dehydration! The hotel is a dream. The spa was relaxing. Food is delicious.

Exceeded my expectations and worth paying a bit more for a place like this entirely. The medical staff were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Was able to check in early as well. Nice room, beautiful location and so much to do!!

Middle of the salt flat, probably best hotel in the area. Front desk service was excellent but at the restaurant it was a miss, waited for 25mins nothing came out and was told to wait for another 15...front desk addressed that afterward, really appreciated that

Beautiful hotel.

This property is located in close proximity to Uyuni Salt flat besides that services, staff and property is mediocre for the amount you pay. Property is unique, made from salt blocks but all other amenities are poor. Limited food option for dining, either food truck or buffet (which gave us food poisoning), spa staff have poor attitude and misguided us during our stay in result we couldn’t get spa service. Expedia VIP access is not recognized here. We communicated with front desk staff day before for room adjustment which was verbally confirmed but not provided at the time of check in. Check in staff have poor attitude and lack of communication. The only attentive service by staff was at the restaurant. Overall our stay was mediocre given that this is the best hotel in the area. I would rather book other economic options in the area vs paying more and getting less.

Trata-se de uma hospedagem incrível no salar do Uyuni. Destaca-se o atendimento, onde toda a equipe demonstra pro-atividade. A reserva pelo hoteis.com foi uma extensão da reserva realizada pela agência de tour que contratei, o que permitiu mais tempo para usufruir da infraestrutura. Por conta das reservas separadas tive que trocar de quarto. Percebeu-se que o segundo quarto, reservado pelo hoteis.com, ainda carecia de um reforma que já havia sido feito no primeiro, além de que por ter um anexo fechado, ficava extremamente quente durante o dia. O hotel conta uma uma piscina fantástica, área externa com roda gigante, bar, e fogueiro recém inaugurados, além de transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. O restaurante foi um destaque com comidas típicas como picante de língua, carne de llama e kalaphurka. Igualmente, os drinks são muito bem elaborados e com preço acessível. Vale observar que durante a estadia o hotel estava enfrentando um problema com água, de forma que a sauna a vapor não estava funcionando, e a pressão do chuveiro era fraca. Voltemos!
