Quarto bem espaçoso, banheiro extremamente limpo e equipe muito atenciosa. Linda vista mar do quarto. Café da manha com muitas opções.

Bom hotel e gostei e vista pra praia

Razoável. Hotel está em reforma e não tem piscina, somente indo para outro hotel associado. Recepcionista de cara fechada e salvou exceções como bell boy Cleiton, a maioria meio apática. Poderiam ter dado alguma cortesia para compensar a falta da piscina.

Atendimento excelente!! Todos funcionários maravilhosos!!! Fui muito bem tratada como uma rainha! Maravilhoso demais!!! Marília do café é muito dedicada e prepara pratos com excelência! Garçons do restaurante muito amorosos e respeitosos!! Problema foi o quarto que não tinha isolamento nenhum. Ouvi todos os barulhos do outro hóspede e até conversas no celular. Já Minha mãe não ouviu nada e dormiu super bem .

Big hotel, helpful staff, breakfast ok (we arrived towards the end of the sitting and a fed things had not been replenished), room very large and beds comfortable. Didn’t use other facilities. Main area for attention is bathroom which is showing signs of wear and tear - not an issue as wet were only there one night.

O hotel é maravilhoso e muito bem localizado. De frente pra praia de Boa Viagem e conta com serviço de praia. Também fica a 10min do aeroporto.

Nao havia funcionário para ajudar com as bagagens, o que considero negativo. Quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro poderia ser maior ja que era uma suíte executiva. Café da manhã muito bom, vista do quarto para praia.

From the location to the service, everything was excellent. The breakfast with many options, the restaurant had delicious food and the amenities were very comfortable. Claudia with an outstanding room service, Clayton was a big help and Karina making the delicious tapiocas ans omeletes, elevated our experience to the next level! I would highly recommend and Neto helped us making our retuning reservation for next December ❤️

the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. I told them many times for many years but it seems nobody cares. Anyway I will go on lodging there because it is my favorite in town
