It was average, I would not come back at this 2 stars hotel. Still the beach was nice and the food ok. Children liked the pool and we enjoyed our stay overall. Balcic gardens were beautiful.

We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent.

Everything according to the level of 2 star...

Some of the staff members were foreign and did not speak Bulgarian with limited use of English. It is inconvenient to have language struggles in your own country. The rooms could use a more detailed cleaning, the towels and sheets were only changed upon request. The food was good. It had some entertainment. Great location. No wi-fi.

the hotel is fine but some things need to be renovated, e'g. bathrooms. Very good service and food. Perfect for families with children as it is safe to let them get anywhere on their own due to the hotel layout.
