I booked this hotel specifically for my supposed to be birthday celebration, but upon arrival, There is no model temple resort and spa anymore! The new name of hotel is Bayon hotel. And they did not accommodate us in the property, rather they transferred us to other property! No message or call from traveloka about this issue ahead of time!

My family arrived quite late to check in, after 8 PM, but the front desk staff didn't even know there would be guests. I even showed them my reservation, indicating that I had booked and paid for two rooms, yet they were still very slow and said they couldn't find my booking. Oh my goodness, I was about to faint from hunger, and the staff was extremely slow. Only around 11 PM, after I went out to eat and came back, I asked if they had found my reservation yet, and the lady finally said they had found it 🥲.

Oh, I like it here. Quite and very friendly staff. The food was not too much but enough for me and delicious too. The room is so authentic and mix modern and traditional. It’s cheap too. Not in the city center but near. Try to book tuk-tuk driver name Mr. Nakim. He is so nice.
