L'hôtel offre une belle situation sur la plage avec des transats. Les chambres sont correctes. Hélas, le personnel de restauration est incompétent et peu sympathique.

Séjour très plaisant Sauf au moment de quitter l’hôtel on m’a fait payer l’intégralité de mon séjour déjà payé depuis mon application bancaire J’aimerais avoir une explication de votre part Cordialement Guinet. Michel

Nice beach but rooms are terrible, old, dirty, very small opaque window, under equipped and I had booked a sea view that I didn't get...

Nothing to say about property. They were as embarrassed as I was as they have not been notified by intermediary that I booked 2 rooms. Expedia just need to make sure intermediaries are aware of room availability. I paid Expedia for a service I did not consume and there is no way to get refund. This not a good level of service from intermediary and from Expedia who limit assistance to the minimum. Insurance paid on top of it does not cover this type of event. I hade to travail 400 km to be aware there was no available room. This a very very bad experience and I recommend to book directly to the hotel without doing it through Expedia.

The location and beach are great. I paid 50 $ per night for a room that only cost in reality 15000 CFA. I felt cheated....by the hotel or Expedia.....no idea.

It was right on the beach, it was somewhat private and the beach waves were calm and relaxing.

This was fantastic. Right on the beach with chickens wondering around and a cat with personality. We felt like we were in a novel or a movie. As long as you are aware that you are in Africa and that this isn’t a luxury hotel, you will be completely satisfied with the beautiful location and sunsets.

it's very close to the beach and very quiet. The room was basic but enough for our need. We had nice breakfast and good service

Notre reservation n'avait pas été retenu et l'acceuil du gerant (hervé) fut agressif et discourtois. Nous avions reservé 3 chambres pour 3 nuits, jusqu'au moment du départ il nous a fallu tout négocier avec ce monsieur. Les services annoncées (WIFI et TV) ètaient absents et nous avons eu 2 chambres au lieu de trois dont la première nuit dans un autre hotel, à l'exterieur de Kribi. Meme les petits déjeuners payés on été facturés en double. Aucun dédommagement, pas meme un verre d'eau offert.Nous avons été décus et choqués de ce manque de sens commercial.

En las fotos aparecen los bungalows. En realidad la habitación es un cuchitril junto a un desagüe de aguas fecales, con la ventana rota por la que entra el agua y el olor. Seleccionamos una habitación para 2 personas con desayuno y para colmo nos dicen allí qué solo nos incluye el desayuno de uno, el del otro hay que pagarlo, saltándose lo contratado con expedía. En fin, te intentan estafar por todos lados.

La experiencia ha sido nefasta. Lo primero que la habitación es insalubre, sucia y maloliente por estar junto yo a unas aguas fecales. No os dejéis llevar con que incluye el desayuno, pues allí te dicen que el desayuno es solo 1 por habitación y a la otra persona le cobrarán lo que desayune, haciendo caso omiso a las condiciones de la reserva con expedia. Mejor buscar otro

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble - voyage à titre professionnel donc pas le temps de visiter. On fait simple et pragmatique. Pratique quand même de pouvoir se restaurer sur place. Seul petit hic, le supplément pour la clim qui n'était pas précisé à la réservation (ou que je n'ai pas vu).

réservation de 5 chambres quadruple pour un groupe, aucune de libre a notre arrivée . Pas de moustiquaire dans les chambres données a la place. Obligation de prendre deux autres chambres dans un hôtel a proximité , donc frais supplémentaires Petits déjeuners non compris finalement dans le prix de la chambre

Excellent location. Great food. Good service. Beds and pillows not very comfortable but ok for a couple of nights.

We totally loved this place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location directly on the beach is best, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is delicious,... You just have to like your travel partner when you stay in a double room, because there is no privacy in the bathroom - but we do ;-)

Chambre réservée par Expedia non disponible à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Les petits déjeuners, inclus dans la réservation ont été facturés par l'hôtel à l'issue du séjour. Chambre avec sanitaires défectueux. Television en panne. Le personnel manque de professionalisme et de courtoisie. Service décevant Abords de l'hotel mal entretenus.

We stayed one night, but would have liked a longer stay. It is right on the beach, with an open air dining area. Beautiful setting. The beach is long enough to go for a lengthy walk. Service was on the slow side. No extras in the way of towels or pillows - best to have your own. Bedrooms were clean. The toilet was faulty, but could be made to work. The shower was luke-warm, not hot.

We moved to this place after staying in another fine place not too far away. Different beach, other atmosphere. We (a couple) took a room/hut for three persons to have a little more space. There are two such rooms in the same structure, and there is a door between them (locked if you don't rent them both). That means that you can hear the neighbours if they're talking or watching tv... Close to the ocean, nice beach. A bit further from the town Kribi, but not too much to see there anyway.

Værelset lignede noget der ikke havde været beboet i flere år.. madras var et stort hul.. blæser på værelset virkede ikke..alt var ved at falde fra hinanden.. ingen aircon ingen toiletbræt.. vaskeklud til håndklæde ingen tv osv...Desuden var der ikke noget wifi der virkede nogen steder.. og da jeg kom retur efter at ha været ude og spise var alt lukket og slukket..ingen personale nogen steder og der var kl 23. Har rejst i Afrika i 10 år.. så kender godt standarden hernede...
