Esperienza negativa. Personale scortese. Truffaldino. Prenotato su internet camera doppia, camera standard, per una notte, senza colazione. Pagata camera in offerta € 38,40. In albergo contestano la ricevuta di pagamento dicendo che la camera costa 8.000 Fr. Cefa in più e che é singola. Ho dovuto pagare in più. Ravvedo gli estremi della truffa. Sconsiglio questo Hotel. Vi invito a non sceglierlo. Sono disonesti.

The hotel is not the description. Furniture is broken. Because of everything you had to fight! Because of towel, Because of breakfast, Because of a room according to description. The hotel is not malaria safe, no net, but many mosquitoes in the room and fly in the restorant.

We were there for 14 days, coming from Canada. The bed we slept on was like sleeping on cardboard, for 14 days you could imagine how we felt when we left. If you get a standard room, don't expect warm water for your shower or even to wash your hands. We booked a standard room with the breakfast included for our 14 day stay. Everyday they tried everything to charge us again for our breakfast. If we didn't bring our itinerary with us, we wouldn't have proof for our breakfast. If you are a light eater, then 2 eggs and bread would be good for you because that's all we received for our continental breakfast. If you decide to eat at the restaurant, make sure you pay the exact of your bill because our waiter did not return our change(2000xaf). Rooms are paper thin and had a lot of cockroaches. But the A/C was good. We used the laundry service there, after 2 days of waiting for our laundry, we got back ironed dirty clothes wrapped in plastic. Not too many towels or toilet paper. Overall experience, it was terrible. Would not recommend this hotel for foreigners
