Very clean and modern hotel in a great location! We booked in last-minute for the Ironman 70.3 and the staff were extremely welcoming. Comfortable bed and sofa bed with plenty of bedding and pillows and great amenities. Regrettably we didn’t bring out swimsuits, but the pool looked great and super well-maintained. The breakfast options were great as well - wish there were slightly more vegan options (or options that could be made vegan), but that’s a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent experience!

J’ai demandé des verres à la femme de ménage qui me répond : je n’ai pas le temps de les nettoyer. Travaux à quelques pieds de la fenêtre de ma chambre à 7 h du marin sans me prévenir. 3 nuitées : aucun ménage.

Que dire. De A@Z pire expérience en hôtellerie de toute ma carrière professionnelle et personnelle. Je venais pour ma Spartan Race avec ma mère. Aucune communication entre l’équipe; le client n’est pas leur priorité, aucune service client adéquat, j’ai réservé avec l’aide d’une dame à la réception via expédia il y 1 an tel que conseillé. J’ai dû appeler a presque tout les mois car : je n’avais jamais la bonne chambre, toujours des frais supplémentaires, aucun courriel de confirmation, aucune réservation de leur bord, etc. « C’est la faute de expédia ». Les draps sales, le bain avec des cheveux, le frigo brisé, les gars de leur entrepreneur de construction qui passe constamment devant la fenêtre, zéro adapté pour famille, personne de + de 60 ans, personnes ayant des allergies. La chambre avec tapis était prête @ 16:45. On nous a fait attendre 3:30 sans commodité à l’extérieur. Le lendemain, Ma mère a chuté juste après qu’un de leur autre client avait chuter. L’employé qui dit : « c’est normal cela arrive souvent » il ne m’ont jamais appeler, ni ambulance; c’est quand je suis arrivée de ma course que j’ai retrouver ma mère à terre avec une cliente saignant du front. (Merci Mme Lysette) L’hôtel s’en lave les mains. J’AI appelé les paramédics, elle a vu un médecin et eu des radiographies. Côtes fêlées, entorses et hématomes… btw ils n’ont aucun premiers secours ni chaise roulante. La dame de la réception a du m’aider à la mettre dans mon auto. MAIS TOUT EST NORMAL

First, how There's no micro wave on the room, the channel of the tv are not relevant... It's really a hotel for old people 😕

The hotel is a decent spot for one or two nights stay. it is not a luxury spa, but it does offer a cute little sauna and an outdoor/Jacuzzi type pool and a cold outdoor shower. Some people mentioned it being too close to the parking lot. You are near the drop off loop but Parking is on the opposite side and they are trees and bushes in the way blocking you off from it. perhaps in the winter time we don’t get as much privacy but going in June we felt it was private enough given the location. Note they do charge for the bathrobes so bring your own if you want to save. The lobby is cute and you can hang out there as well. Nice lounging area. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The bed was also okay. Not uncomfortable. There is a small kitchen area with sink, a few plates and bowls, fridge and microwave. The gym is not really a gym. Let’s just leave it at that. The staff was not overly friendly but I kept my distance, after reading the comments. So nothing negative to report. Overall, we were satisfied and would use this place again for a short trip.

The pool area and bar were very nice. The hotel is quite well situated, walking distance from shops and restaurants in Saint Jovite

Was a great stay very clean and cozy. Only draw back went for a latte but breakfast bar only opened at 7am was told by server

I traveled as a solo and stayed in a king size room facing the mountain, the room was equipped with fridge and microwave. It was extremely nice to have the ability to open the window and let the fresh air in scented with pine and cedar from the trees. I also enjoyed the view of St. Joviet below and the bells of the church 4x a day. The room was well equipped with dishware, cutlery and glasses. Lots of towels. Extra pillows and linens. Very large and comfortable room. The hot tub and sauna were great! I would highly recommend staying here.
