Neat, clean, and convenient. Felt like home. Appliances were in great condition. 10/10 hot tub with an amazing view. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay at night while exploring the area during the day.

We had a great stay at Basecamp Suites. The room was reasonably priced, especially for peak summer travel season near the national parks, and the location was excellent. It's right in the heart of Canmore, within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés.
The staff was friendly and very responsive whenever we requested additional items for our room.
Street parking wasn't bad. We typically only had to pay for about two hours each day, and parking was free nearby from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
One thing we especially appreciated was how quiet the room was. That's not always easy to find in Canmore since many properties are close to the train tracks.
I'd also recommend staying in Canmore instead of Banff if you're visiting the national park. It's less crowded, offers better value, and it's still an easy drive to all the main attractions.

Rooftop hot tub was great with awesome views of the mountains - though it would be nice if it opened sooner than 9am. Overall a great place to stay at as a base for Banff!!

쾌적한 온도와 필요한 주방용품(주방가위있음)과 세탁기.건조기(세제준비돰)가 비치되어 있어 무척 잘 이용했습니다.일주일 빨래 여기서 다함!!!!!! 아 그리고 침실 방문이.없어요 ㅎㅎㅎ
저만 그런지 모르겠지만 체크인.카드 결제가 잘 진행되지 않아서 너무 답답했어요 숙소에 오프라인으로 응대해줄 직원이 없는 것이 장점이자 단점인 듯 합니다. 캔모아 중심가에 있어서 슈퍼마켓등등 산책하며 둘러보기.좋았어요.

Unit was well stocked and while it did feel small when we first got in, it fit 6 adults well for 2 nights. The dining table was perfect for cards, the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub looked great (although we didn’t have a chance to use it). Great communication via text with the staff. The only downfall was one parking space and we had three cars. There is parking on the street but it is paid 8am-8pm.

Location excellent - heart of canmore near restuarants, giftshops and local shops, amenities excellent - fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, unfortunately walls were thin and could hear upstairs stomping like elephants. Bed was a bit uncomfortable especially wanting a good bed after a long hike.

Convenient location in the centre of town. Spacious suite, good kitchenette. Only challenge was that only some suites come with parking and most street parking nearby was paid, so worth getting a suite that includes parking.
