Chambre propre qui sentait très bon. La terrace pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable. Le staff est bien accommodant. Je recommande !

Les chambres sont bien, et le déjeuner était excellent, plus que bien d'autres établissements. Le personnel à l'accueil est souriant.

Personnels cordiable ont été capable de nous trouver une nouvelle chambre pour remplacer celle avec un bris. Nous avons pu recharger notre voiture électrique. Je suggère d'ajouter des bornes pour accomoder plus de clients.

Le système d’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyant. La porte patio de notre chambre donnant au stationnement est mal entretenue puisque le seuil est plein de roches et de sable donc très difficile d’ouvrir le moustiquaire et la porte. Par contre, le petit déjeuner continental offert avec la chambre est excellent. Une mention spéciale à la personne qui en assure l’entretien et l’approvisionnement de la nourriture car elle est exceptionnelle.

Géographiquement, cet emplacement est vraiment bien situé puisqu'il nous permet rapidement de sortir ou d'entrer de Québec. De plus tout est à proximité. Maintenant, le personnel de la réception ou de la cuisine sont accueillants. La propreté était_ le petit-déjeuner est complet, un petit-déjeuner chaud et froid. Impossible de manquer ce que vous désirez puisque tout y est le déjeuner chaud et effectivement chaud la place est tenue propre. Nous avons bien hâte que la section du devant dans la nouvelle construction qui est comme une verrière, soit entièrement meublée et disponible ce qui augmentera le nombre de places mais les gens n'étirent pas le temps pour déjeuner. Nous pouvons facilement avoir une place quand c'est le temps de prendre le déjeuner. Pour nous, ce n'était pas la première fois et bien entendu nous reviendrons lorsque nous serons à Québec à l'avenir. J'ai pu brancher mon véhicule à l'une des deux bornes électriques. J'ai pu retarder ma sortie de chambre de 2h en payant la modique somme de 10 dollars par heure, ce qui m'a rendu un grand service.

Complimentary coffee and juice, friendly bilingual staff. No elevator so be ready to carry luggage upstairs or request first floor early. Breakfast bar is wonderful and well maintained.

I was there with my son and we enjoyed the space, quietness and breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 p.m. on a cold, rainy, dreary afternoon and the last thing we received was a warm welcome! The first thing the lady said was "you're early!" She then proceeded to tell us that they needed to check if the room was ready. Since our vehicle was the only car in the parking lot, so we knew that they were not busy, yet were told we couldn't park next to the building where we had parked because those spots are reserved for the "patio" rooms. I do not recall seeing any signs that told us they were reserved so we left the car where we had parked it. While we were waiting for a room to be available, we noticed that the hotel did not have an elevator which would have required us carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs. It's a good thing we were not disabled in any way and could take the stairs if necessary. We asked about the lack of an elevator and said we would like a first floor room so we did not have to drag our luggage up the stairs. She then proceeded to tell us that it would be an extra $10 for a first floor room which I had no choice but to pay. Later that evening we went to the desk and asked what we needed to do to get some heat in the room since the wall unit was only blowing cold air no matter what temperature we set it at. They said we need to turn the heat on from the thermostat on the wall. The room smelled bad and we had to go down to the lobby 4 times cause the card for the room never worked. The card wasn’t working again the next morning when we came back from breakfast. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, we were happy about that.

The rooms was clean and the breakfast ok. The internet in my room did not work and that was frustrating.

Breakfast was great. They should have a little bit of variety for vegetarians as well. The waffle maker was half broken. So they need to replace that and maybe have two waffle makers. The coffee machine and juice is available 24 hours. That is excellent. The staff were very polite and nice. The rooms were decent and clean. Lots of parking.

It's ok for one night, good as a budget spot. Rooms have been renovated, so it's clean and confortable.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is good. Window in the room can not be open. I was not happy because I wanted to have fresh air inside. It was a smell on the room, not bad, just because they never open the windows.....
