Small rooms, small beds for4 people. Minimal breakfast.

The breakfast is about as boring as I one can find. When we entered our room we found various items left in the room from the previous occupants and when we opened the shower curtain the next morning to have our shower, the shower curtain was stained with blood!! The room attendant did not replace the coffee creamers or sugar daily resulting in having to go to the dinning area to get cream and sugar in the morning, the glass glasses provided were very dirty and our room door was left "open" one day after the room attendant had beeen in the room. So to sum it up we were "very" unhappy with the room service and will be chosing another hotel chain in the future and will not be recommending your chain to our friends.

The stay was pretty good this time, we were there for 4 nights. One negative was the AC in room 417 had a loose cover and made a loud buzzing noise when it was running. Pressing on the plastic shroud with my leg stopped the buzzing, so it’s loose. Breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs and sausage with bagel/bread/waffle selections. Coffee was Starbucks, really appreciated the hot chocolate pouches for mocha’s. I did utilize the EV chargers, unfortunately they are only NACS Tesla chargers, so bring your J-1772 Adapters! I had mine and only one of the Tesla chargers (one with the long cable) worked with the adapter. Lots of EV’s just used the 110V plugs with their own portable chargers. Wish they would install a couple J-1772 chargers. Good location, right on the river. Nice for walking along the trails. This is a wooden construction hotel, so the usual door slamming, kids running in the hall noise. The cleaning of the room happened late, usually 5pm+ for us. We didn’t mind as all we wanted was towels and garbage removal.

Nice place to stay while visiting wineries. Large room. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice, corrected a screw-up on our reservation and gave us an upgrade! We'll definitely stay there again.

Our could have been cleaner. The mirror by the door had something spilled on it and the there was hair in the shower. A little more attention to detail would have been nice. They left one of the toilet paper holders with and empty roll on it and then the next day they emptied the holder and left it sitting on the counter. It was nothing major, but when you pay $300 a night you expect more

Rooms were clean. The basics like toilet paper, facial tissue, shampoo etc were basic but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty and good and well stocked by staff who were very attentive to the amount of guests and kept the food coming so it was always fresh and hot. The staff for the most part were really great and super friendly. It was a very busy weekend with a lot going on for the May Long weekend. Would stay there again. The only thing that bugged me was that I had booked two rooms online and made the assumption that because I’d booked 2 rooms for one booking that they would be be relatively close together but they were on separate floors and there was no attempt to even try to accommodate despite having booked well over a month ago. But of a bummer but not devastating.

Staff was rude. Making weird faces when I ask questions. Not really helping.

The room is clean and lots of parking.

Excellent breakfast!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before without any concerns, but my latest stay, I found the room dirty. For being one of the most expensive rooms offered, I had to wash the bath tub because there was dirt and hair in it. The hand soap container that they re-use in the bathroom clearly hadn’t been wiped down and the counters were not very clean either. The bedding also had stains on it. The elevator was filthy with dirty hand prints everywhere which should have been the first indicator. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my stay after having a great stay last year.

Everything was great

Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was terrible. Breakfast had decent options, starbucks coffee in room was nice.

The property looks quite new and it’s located in a beautiful park like setting with a Riverwalk just behind it and lots of parks around it, the room was spacious. I’m quite pretty so many positives to this property. The only downfall I would say is there’s only one elevator which if they have a full house might be a bit of a pain and the breakfast wasn’t as good as most of the Marriotts that I’ve stayed in. They did not have as many choices as other similar hotels that provide breakfast the staff was very friendly and all in all this is a good choice to stay.

Everything was amazing

It was good a good variety of food and tasty, the only thing could have had was bacon!! The room was very clean the parking was easy and the staff for what I ran into was really nice!!

Yes, the eggs were under cooked but all good. The window in our room needed cleaned. Besides that all good.

Bathroom items were refillable, which I respect, the containers were not very clean and didn’t pump well. Shy on towels too.
