Class act all around, great place and great welcoming staff

A hotel geared to the young..have to be pretty fit to stay there. Dont expect to unpack no storage. Say they have a restaurant its the pool bar and no inside seating. There is no lift. There is music at the pool which is next to the car park and walkways. As I have luggage and no one to take it upstairs they gave me a disabled room. Small tiny window overlooking yard area. But you can access it by a ramp. Dont know about breakfast nothing was mentioned. I travel extensively asked for proof of home address. Passport,d licence esta eta plus bookings all by e mail. In the end they waived that. Weird parking system you are expected to phone from barrier. On way in I did technically from uk so costly got the anserphone. Had to walk all the way back to reception to get barrier opened. When I left refused to ring told them to watch for me on camera. Not impressed. Nothing to justify the high price. It is all of main street to walk to beach. Wouldnt recomend not a place to arrive tired. No tea coffee in room either you would have to walk to bar outside or room service. And pretty miserable if you were there in rain or cold as no lounge few seats in reception. Also no thanks for staying or have a good journey when you leave

Beautiful property. Feels like being at a resort with the courtyard area with fire pits and the amazing pool area. The room was modern and very clean. Parking was included and convenient. A great spot and we are hoping to come back again soon. Only complaint would be there was alot of noise from the hallway outside our room which was located near the stairs.

No microwave or tea/coffee maker in the room. Had to walk outside to the next building to get that done. Rooms and grounds were very clean. no hot tub, pool was wonderful.

The place has come a long way. Very clean and pleasant. The deluxe queen room was rather tight. I would return for sure.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms, Great Location and Parking.

Some of the room sizes are really small, everything else is really good.

If you are older do not travel during 2nd week of May when they have a long weekend w a bunch of rowdy kids everywhere

Rooms were so nice! Staff were beyond helpful and kind

Everything was perfect. We all had the best time. My kids were in the pool the whole day and didn’t even want to go to the beach! It was like being at a resort in the middle of all the fun of downtown Grand Bend. The restaurant was perfect and so nice to order food poolside. We will definitely be back!

Parking lot was under construction which made it a little tricky to get in and out. Otherwise lots off free parking available

What a beautiful hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing and so so sweet. The pool was so much fun, and our room was spacious and extremely cozy. The only downfall was the flooring in our bedroom. It wasn’t swept from the previous guests, so there was quite a bit of sand everywhere. Other than that, 10/10! Thank you. We’ll be back forsure.

Beautiful, conveniently located hotel undergoing renovation while we were there. The room was large, airy and bright and the bedding was top notch. Would recommend

Bed very comfortable. Chairs in room very uncomfortable. Room already looks tired, only about 3 years old.

It was ideal for my guest. The wheelchair-accessible room was compact for movement, but the bathroom was excellent. Parking facilities are commendable. We enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Second time staying here. Our room was clean and fresh and the staff were lovely. The location is amazing. Steps away from the beach and right on the strip. Next time ill have to come during peck season and experience their new pool area.
