Love this property and all its amenities!

Good location. Needs TLC. Pool could be cleaner and second outdoor hot tub could be open. More family friendly food at Elements would be helpful. Close to hot springs. Good for dog owners. Good market walking distance. Great Easter for kids.

Staff were great, place was clean, resort was nice looking, the pool and hot tub were nice. View was great for rooms facing poolside. Would recommend over most other hotels in the area

Room was late being ready so we had ro sir in the lobby for 30 mins. Restaurant has limited afternoon hours. Otherwise the stay was good. Outdoor pool is great.

Beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub

Great pool and very welcoming

Many properties use air fresheners to make the room smell perdy. They used far too much of it in my otherwise perfect room. Stayed up all night choking on the overwhelming air freshener!

I have stayed several times at this resort and this was the first time that I did not enjoy my stay. I want to start by saying the staff is great and hotel is clean. I was placed in a joining room next to a family. They were very loud, I could hear everything, smell what they were cooking and they were up very late (1am). The most annoying was the children kept trying to open the joining door. The next morning there was no hot water, so I had to start my work day without showering. Thankfully water was fixed when I returned. On the last night, someone was smoking and could immediately smell in my room, I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. Check out day the elevator was not working, so a bit inconvenient. I was staying for business, so getting sleep and showering for my business appointments was important. I realize everything that happened was out of the hotels control, but still made for a less than satisfactory stay.
