We had a lovely one night stay before leaving Newfoundland.

Awesome accommodations…park by your door.

Clean rooms but no breakfast

The bed and pillows are lumpy.

The wifi was terrible, it’s slow, unreliable and cuts out all the time. The tv picture was blurry. Other the that the rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

The inn was very clean, nice, out of the way and was quiter than I expected when booking. The staff were friendly upon check in and check out, very helpful, but I did have a uncomfortable/weird experience with (possibly) another guest. They did not particularly looking like the most composed person, approaching me and my partner in our vehicle very late at night, knocking on our windows and asking for stuff multiple times. After saying no, sorry, we don't have whatever he wanted, and having to turn it into a firm "No, please leave us alone." He lingered around our vehicle while we were in it for an uncomfortable amount of time, even after moving to a new parking space. We went back into the inn, mentioned it to the hotel staff, a young girl happened to be working overnight. And didn't seem like she particularly cared about our belongings or my new vehicle. Even after removing everything of value from the vehicle, I still felt like my vehicle itself wasn't safe. I want to note aswell, its clearly not the staff's fault, but it added a fair amount of extra stress for us, and me personally, and needless to say I didn't sleep much on the last night of our trip.

Excellent location to all of St John's. Have stayed numerous times at this location and has always been a great stay. Very quiet even with a near full building. Beds are comfortable and the shower relaxing. Value for money compared to many other hotels in the area is great, only issue is you are not within walking distance to any attractions. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

All good first time staying there would definitely stay there again.

Balcony was a great option.

We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing.

Will stay there again, everything was perfect Only thing we found we could have used extra big towels in the bathroom
